      Never showed to take my daughter to her surgery appointment and it was scheduled a month in advance

      This is not our company.  We are a towing service.  The company this person is looking for is south east trans.  They are a terrible company and we get calls daily looking for them.  Our company is south east transportation.

      Southeast Transportation now known as ****** had made me miss 3 appointment in the past few months which I have scheduled at least 2 weeks in advance and each time on my appointment day I am calling to find out where's my ride. This is the third time I have missed this same appointment because at first they say I have transportation and then when it's time to get picked up I'm being told they are working on my transportation. I have been trying to get to this appointment for months. This company I believe have a contract with ******** and ******** and this isn't the only time this has happened to me as well as others.

      I have been reporting issues and have been told my into is being forwarded to managers/supervisors but they NEVER call back and the last incident was VERY serious! I'm tired of being given false hope that someone will call me back and someone actually cares. Idk if the company needs to hire more people for managers or what but this has for to be dealt with.

      Better Business Bureau:

      I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID ********, and find that this resolution is from the wrong company. There has to be a way to differentiate between Southeast trans medical transportation and Southeast trans towing. Can the BBB develop a way to differentiate between businesses that have the same name?

      On Monday September 26th, with my daughter having been in the hospital for a little more than 2 days already, a social worker at the hospital was able to schedule a round trip for me to go home to get my ******************** for myself and my daughter & then to return to the hospital. I had already gone through a horrible ordeal with a Lyft driver concerning this trip earlier that day & had to request a replacement **** and the associate assured me it was a round trip and I don't believe this was her fault as she was a big help to me in that moment. I strongly suggest listening to that phone call with Southeast trans that was placed on MondaySeptember 26th at 3:29 p.m. and lasted 32 minutes and 28 seconds. Having dealt with all that you will hear, I was able to get that additional ride & was picked up from Scottish Rite ******************* of ******* at 4:02 p.m. When I got home for the purposes listed above, I was unable to collect myself for 2 hours. Reason for this is that all day Sunday things have been going wrong and I had situations going on with the hospital & with my daughter being in the hospital and then Monday comes around, the day in question, and I had to deal with everything you will hear on the call & then trying to calm down for 2 hours to be able to even START packing items. Still having difficulty with calming down and needing to get into the shower & wash clothes to take back, I was not prepared to leave to go back to the hospital until 9:05 p.m. I was not able to get my ride back to the hospital to be with my daughter in an already stressful situation until 11:52 a.m. with my daughter texting me multiple times asking me where I was, waiting and expecting her mom to be back with her. I am the only parent and responsible adult available for her and this is what southeastrans put me through. There HAS to be additional emergency transport permission for parents to go home & get back without interference with a ride home when discharged.
