I was told by Erudite Nursing Institute that they were an accredited school of nursing. I when through the program and completed the program. My license number is: ********** Per **********************, verification of my license is the website below: It can be verified online here: ***************************************************************************** start applying for *** jobs in June 2023 and was told by employers they verify nurses license using ***********************. I reached out to Erudite with this concern multiple times. Asking about the validity of the license. I spoke to ************************* and was told to tell potential employers' to go the ***************************************************************************. I was told by ***** on 8/04/2023 that Erudite has reached out to ******* official and the misinformation was to be corrected. I didn't see where the issue was correct. I have not worked since I received this *** license. They told me they were suing the GA Nursing Board for deformation in January 2024. I reached out to Erudite in June 2024 and requested a phone conversation for the helpdesk. ***** emailed then she called me and I missed her call by a second. I called backed back got no answer and I emailed ***** immediately for her to call me back. She emailed me stating they were busy with new enrollment and will call back. They called back and the phone rang once, I was sitting by the phone. I called back and told her - not sure what happen by the call appeared to drop and I am by my phone now. She stated they were busy with new enrollment and followed up, this happen on June 17, 2024. Greetings *******
We would like to first apologize for the delay in responding to this complaint, as we were not aware of it until recently. BBB states they notified us at ******************************** but unfortunately, that is not our domain name, we do not have an employee by the name "****** *****", and we do not have access to that email address. This means we did not receive any notification of your complaint despite the misleading BBB notice to the public that we had simply failed to answer, hence the delay in responding. Again, we apologize for the delay and for the complaint being marked "unanswered" when BBB never allotted the opportunity for us to respond. As a result, we do plan to contact the International Association of Better Business Bureaus to report this issue of the BBB Metro Atlanta deceiving the public by stating we willingly or knowingly failed to respond, which is misleadingly not in the best interest of the public.
At this time, we can confirm that we do have a lawsuit against the Georgia Nonpublic *********************************** (*****) officials for a false and defamatory "consumer alert" posted to their website. It was filed in the ***********************************. The case number is 24CV000836, which is pending an appeal before the Supreme Court of the State of Georgia. Proof of this can be found at the following link (which BBB may prohibit being displayed): *************************************************************************
We do have record of previous communication with you, Ms. ******* via ***** *. on July 12, 2024 at 7:41 PM. (See attachment). The email to you does clearly state that you would be required to complete the Board's recertification of eligibility process in order to re-register your Board/***** license since you fell outside of the ********* required. However, you declined to comply with the Board Policy. This information and applicable Board policy for ***** was given to you well in advance of the expiration of the 90-day window. Unfortunately, we were saddened that we never heard back from you about willingness to comply with applicable Board Rules and statutes. Since we do not control and cannot change their policy, it limits our options for assisting those who refuse to cooperate and follow the rules.
Nevertheless, we do apologize for any miscommunication or misunderstanding that may have occurred. Since you are a presumable third-party to the lawsuit against the ***** for defamation and slander, we are limited in the ways in which we may assist you, for legal reasons. If you would like to un-involve yourself with the lawsuit against the *****, this would better position us to advocate on your behalf but we do not intend to sway your decision one way or another. We accept and respect what you decide and only wish to make you aware of the limitations it places upon us to assist you.
We again apologize-- and cannot apologize enough-- for the delay in responding. We wish you the very best in the future. And, as always, we welcome you to reach out to us for any additional information or assistance that may be required.

Dear Erudite,
Thank you for responding!
That is not the case. I was told **************************************************** was the governing board. An exam was issued and the license was submitted thru that governing board. I was told I can use that license issued by credentialing ********************** for employment right away.
This is the email on 2/02/2023- "Greetings ******, We have already requested the license and proof of licensure be sent for you as soon as possible.
Yes-- you can begin applying for nursing jobs right away with the license number."I spoke to ***** about via phone on 07/10/23. The story kept changing. It was after potential employers stated they were not aware of credentialing institute, I reached out to Erudite about the matter.
This is the email on 6/13/2023: "Good Afternoon ******, Upon communicating with the Board, you are not using the correct process for verifying your license. You are trying to verify through the **** here. But you should be using the Nurse License Registry here.
Sincerely, ***** *. Front Office Specialists Team (Ext. 200) ENI Staff"So ***** is telling we to verify using ****************************************************. I can forward the actual email.
I was told by ***** on 8/04/2023 that Erudite has reached out to ******* official and the misinformation was to be corrected. I didn't see where the issue was correct. "From: ******************************************************************************************************** <********************************************************************************************************> on behalf of ***** at Erudite <*********************************************************************************************************> Sent: Friday, August 4, 2023 6:00 AM
To: ** ****** <****************************>Subject: Re: Thank You for Your Time and Next Steps
Good Morning! Yes! Contact was made with Georgia officials yesterday about misinformation from them that was repeated by your employers. From my understanding of our conversations you were told that the employers only knew of one way/type of license database. This is being corrected so you should not have this issue with them again in the future.Let me know if you have any follow up questions! Thanks!
Sincerely, ***** *. Front Office Specialists Team (Ext. 200) ENI Staff"I repeatedly emailed ***** and *. ****** for assistance.
It was not until June 24, 2024, I asked about how to renew the license since it expired February 2025 with credentialing institute. *****, stated she placed the inquiry with the ***. Then it was stated on 6/28/24, the license cannot be renew because I opted for LPM, **. This was not true.
On 7/03/24, I received this email "Because the ** is not an option for you, we would not be able to assist with the re-certification of eligibility since you are not a student: **********************************************************************************************************************, I recommend you reach out to your local state Board to complete the necessary process to have your license transferred to them. More details here: **************************************************************************************************************************
Again, since you are not a student, I could not legally advise you further. The local state Board should be able to assist further. Best wishes to you. Thank you."I reached out to the GA and they stated I needed a transcript from the Erudite in order to apply.
On 7/12/24-Erudite replied: "We are only able to transmit the student transcript in what is called the "final student record". Every Board requires it following graduation for the purpose of registering for *****/Boards. This must be done within 90 days of graduation. Outside of that 90-day window requires what is called "recertification of eligibility". More details on it are available here: ***************************************************************************************************************
However, please remember that according to the system notes, you are not a current or past student in good standing to enable us to assist with recertification. For this reason, I referred you to/suggested working with the local Board directly and exclusively. Unfortunately, I am unable to advise or assist further without a current account in good standing. I apologize for any inconvenience this may cause, but thank you for allowing me the opportunity to try to assist you. Thank you."
There has been a lot of back and forward emails based on two questions. The validity of the license and how to renew.
I do believe it would have been most helpful if a verbal conversation had taking place then followed up with an email.
I did not fail to submit any documents to the GA board of nursing. I invested too much time and money to be delinquent. I was told credentialing institute was the governing board for my LPN license.
In addition, I never gave Erudite permission to include me in any law suit with anyone. Yes, please remove my name.
I would love to have a conversation with someone at Erudite who can help resolve this matter.
I would like to have a valid LPN license or a refund.
If someone can send me their email address, I can forward the emails to them with the communication from Erudite.
My email address is ****************************

Greetings ******,
We understand you would like an exception to be made to *****/Board rules and policies over which we exercise no control. We have, over the course of several months, communicated with you on what steps you would need to take and when, in order to obtain, transfer or renew your license. When those policies are not followed, Erudite cannot force the Board to accommodate untimely requests or to comply with any demands that fall outside of their statutory guidelines. We do apologize for any inconvenience this may cause.
Concerning the lawsuit, we informed you of its progression and provided you the case number January 19, 2024 at 4:57 PM. (See attached email). As we have made you aware, Erudite did not add you to or involve you in any lawsuit. In fact, we advised against your making false and defamatory statements and refusal to communicate with us and follow the written instructions provided to you on several occasions. It was your insistence that instead you file a complaint with the persons and organizations being sued. This is what involved you in the lawsuit.
We are limited as to what actions we can take to assist a student when they refuse to follow written policies and procedures in place for their benefit of which they were made aware, in writing, before enrollment. Please check your Student Enrollment Agreement (SEA) for those policies. We inform students before they begin of the importance of staying on schedule and finishing their coursework on time to avoid missing crucial deadlines for *****/Boards, Exit Exams, and Graduation. We provide every student a semester calendar for their specific semester of enrollment that contains every important deadline.
We recognize that it is frustrating when we fail to timely finish classes and to meet pertinent deadlines, and neglect to follow statutory provisions that set out licensing requirements and policies for our benefit due to arguing whether or not we wish to follow the laws in place. For this reason, we gladly work with students to try to help them navigate those waters if ever they should find themselves in them as our main priority is the success of our students. As shown in the email from January 19, 2024, you knew about the lawsuit since that time and decided to take actions and inactions that will place one in an unfavorable position despite several staff members strongly recommending against this over the course of several months. Rather than allow us to work together toward a resolution for you, you insisted on making false statements and issuing veiled threats which cannot be tolerated for the safety and dignity of staff and students.
We are unable to un-involve a person from a legal matter in which they have involved themselves. We understand that you may feel you are entitled to a refund after having finished the program in entirety but failing to comply with licensing requirements given to you, and then becoming frustrated and unjustifiably blaming the School to the extent that you have now inserted yourself in a lawsuit for defamation. But we are very limited as to what we can do at this time, as the lawsuit is still progressing. As you know, lawsuits can sometimes take years to resolve. They are usually not resolved overnight. For this reason, we ask that you please direct any additional questions to our **************** which will be able to properly address your concerns: ******************************************************************************************************************. Thank you for giving us this opportunity to address your complaint and we once again apologize for the delay as we were not given access to respond until recently.

Dear Erudite,
This is exactly the confusion I am talking about. I did not file any compliant with the institutions you are involved with a lawsuit.
Where are you getting that information from? Where is the complaint from the institutions you are referring to?
Erudite lawsuit with the mentioned institutions have nothing to do with me.
l sent a detailed timeline of the process that was told to me by Erudite with the emails.
I was told the credentialing institute was the licensing body.
The information about contacting the GA Board was sent to me from Erudite after I asked about the validity of the license.
I would have followed the process if it was told to me initially. That does not make sense. I've invested too much time and money not to.
How can I get my transcript from Erudite? How is this difficult? I asked for one.
I repeatedly asked for someone to reach out to be for a resolution.
The story keeps changing from Erudite which is frustrating.
I need Erudite to address these actions for resolution.
I am requesting a valid LPN license or a refund.

Greetings ******,
Thank you for your response. Because the matter is legal and has to do with pending litigation, we cannot continue to "litigate" or discuss it any further in an open forum. We invite you to contact our **************** with any additional questions: ******************************************************************************************************************. Dear Erudite,
On 11.01.24, this is what you stated: "If you would like to un-involve yourself with the lawsuit against the *****, this would better position us to advocate on your behalf but we do not intend to sway your decision one way or another. We accept and respect what you decide and only wish to make you aware of the limitations it places upon us to assist you."
Things are stated then they are retracted. Why?
Again, I did not give Erudite permission to include me in any lawsuit.
Again, this is the confusion that's going on.
The matter needs to be resolved. It been going on far too long.
