      am writing to express my frustration with the constant issues I face using your bus and train services. The trains and buses are regularly late and unreliable, causing me to waste time and miss appointments. The inconsistency is infuriatingsome days, the buses dont even show up, and the trains are always running behind schedule. Its impossible to rely on MARTA when I cant count on basic punctuality.On top of that, the condition of the vehicles is appalling. The buses and trains are often dirty, with trash littering the floors and uncomfortable, broken seats. The overall lack of cleanliness and maintenance makes every ride a miserable experience. I am thoroughly disappointed with the quality of service, and until these issues are addressed, I will be seeking other transportation options.Sincerely,

      Very inconsistent and drivers now can be so inconsiderate. If you call and try to ask any questions youll likely be met with someone very rude (in my case it was *****) who treat you as though youve no right to ask any questions. The schedule doesnt matter because MARTA has unrealistic expectations that end up forcing the drivers to adhere more to the time standards than the real reason they existPUBLIC TRANSPORT. Maybe if there was more money put into the system and not fare evasion police it would run smoother. There should also be more bus routes, waiting for a bus every hour but 15 minutes in some part of the city is ridiculous.

      I ride Marta Mobility and 9 out 10 times they are late. More Than 30 minutes late. Marta doesn't notify riders that the busses are running late. When I call ETA I can be on hold for over 30 minutes before someone will pick up and give me an updated time frame. Marta Mobility started using ***** to transport riders. When the ***** driver cancels the trip Marta Mobility doesn't notify the rider. I was waiting for over 2 hours for a ride home, this it's the longest I've had to wait for Marta Mobility to pick me up. Whenever I send an email to customer service they say they will research and get back in touch with me. They apologize explain their was a large number of call outs or what ever the issue is for that day. I can never speak to a Supervisor because their never there.

      Left the ******************** at approximately 5:30pm to go to a ballgame at *********** and did not return until after midnight. I realized while at the ballgame that the bus was not returning to the stop near the ballpark that we were dropped off at. I found the bus stop on my phone that would take us back to the Marta ********** subway, but no one at the Truist Stadium could tell us where it was located or where we could find a bus stop near the stadium. We were at a loss until walking almost a mile to find a bus stop that was approximately 1/2 mile from the one that we were dropped off at. There was a gentleman directing pedestrian traffic near the original bus stop that pointed us in the right direction. This was a nightmare for us. The Truist Stadium needs a bus pickup at their doorstep to the nearest Marta Subway. We made it back to ********************* at 1am and only because of a very kind gentleman (***** our savior). My suggestion for anyone attending a ballgame at Truist Stadium is do not use public transportation in Atlanta!

      The bus operator for route 189 refused to answer any of my concerns, and then tells me to exit her bus,which in turn left me stranded, moreover the 189 route was canceled for remainder of evening
