  TL;DR: Stay clear of Northside Tree "Professionals" - the potential for property damage to your home and the headache around resolving it is not worth it.They were fantastic at taking the trees down, unfortunately that it where the professionalism stopped. I had an arbor with 6 yr. old kiwi vines growing around it - they needed to walk by the arbor to take some of the trees down. When getting the estimate and discussing the plan I was ensured it would not be an issue for them to walk around the arbor and that my kiwi plants would remain undisturbed.There was apparently no communication of this to the team that actually cut the trees down as they dug up the arbor and kiwi plants and temporarily re-planted them elsewhere - then sloppily tried to put everything back in place. The arbor had been moved a few feet from where I had it and one of the kiwi plants was already dead by that evening. The second kiwi would die out over the next few weeks.At first it did not seem an issue - the owner, *************************, came out and took a look - he apologized for this happening and would try to replace my kiwi plants to make me whole. He left me one message a few days later saying his first attempt had not panned out and he was still looking. This was the last time I heard from ***** - months later and and I have tried calling his office almost daily asking to speak with him, but of course he is never available and has never once called back as I have requested. Instead, after months of trying to get a hold of him - he has his sister company reach out to tell me the same thing: they can't find 6 yr old Kiwi plants. Then, after more weeks of trying to speak with him, he has another representative reach out to say the same thing again, yet still won't call me back himself.Nothing professional about the way this business is ran - if they hit any hiccups the day of you will suffer for it. Plenty of other companies that offer the same services, I wish I had gone with any of them.

  The absolute best as Ive used other tree services in the past - will only use Northside from here on. Not only did they do a great job in a very difficult space but my yard and even the street where their trucks were parked was cleaned. This guys took pride in their work (6 men were sent) and each one Was so kind!!! Plus, I received 3 quotes and they were the best!!! Ask for **** to give estimate!!!!
