      I was given the NBA League Pass as a gift very recently. When I try to use it I get error messages. I then have to call support. I was told to enter my credit card info in order to log on- it made no sense as I got a code in an email to use, from the gifted league pass. The 2nd subscription was canceled tonight after many calls and attempts. Now I want to cancel the gifted subscription because it isnt working and I cant watch the live game of my favorite team as it is aired by a network that doesnt allow the NBA League Pass to air the game. 1. Its faulty marketing. 2. The support team made me buy a 2nd subscription in prefer to use the gifted subscription. Its taken a lot to time to try to iron this out and I had to insist on canceling the 2nd subscription. I couldnt do it on the app. A waste of time and a lot of inconvenience, as well as faulty information.

      NBA league pass was advertised on Wednesday 12/6/2023 that gifting league pass was now ***** until Monday 12/11/2023. When following the ** code / directions the page was not on sale and was full price. **************** acted like there was no such deal even with video proof

      TNT app crashes repeatedly. Multiple reports of this ( see below) Company has not responded to support ticket.
