    I have a townhouse in the ********************** located in **********, **. Clearwater Billing Service oversees the billing for our water/sewage.I have been a resident of this community for 10 years. However, since July 2021 it has been unoccupied. Between my mothers surgery and back to back deaths of immediate family members, no one has stayed at the townhouse. I stop by to pay rent, pick up and drop off clothes/items. Since all of this was unexpected, I have kept my place which I love. ******************* is aware.Every month for over 12 months now, I have had extremely high water usage when no one is in the unit. Bills are showing usage of thousands to tens of thousands. In 10 years, we have never used anything close to this amount of water even when staying there daily. Every month I have disputed this. Late 2021/Early 2022 the issue continually escalated until I was told my meter was broken and would be replaced, and I would be placed on a watch list. I was not refunded, despite my requests. Although the meter was replaced, it did not resolve the issue. Month after month I continue to complain and contest the usage/water bill. I am continually told it is under review. That I am on a watch list. Maintenance has checked monthly for water leaks & confirmed there are none. As a matter of fact, there isnt even water in any of the toilets due to the lack of use.Please help!! Between the mental agony of grieving and feeling overwhelmed, I shouldn't have to fight for resolution with my water bill EVERY MONTH. It is exhausting.I am asking for resolution and billing adjustment since August 2021. To date, only 3 adj have been made.My request:1) Copies of all bills since August2021 2) Billing Adjustments/refund for all overages Additionally, I have kept track of usage on the submeter vs what is on the bills. Only ***** gallons reflecting used since replacement which is still high tbh (picture taken 12/24/22). Yet I receive monthly bills of 5k, 8k, 12k etc usage.

    I stay in a ****** management community. I continue to have a problem with the excess water bill. How is my water bill 350 for my one month and I have not been home much of any due to my sister dying. There are no leaks or anything in my home. ************************************ a restaurant and I have neither. The meter in my home is not electronic and no one comes to my home to read it so where are the readings coming from. I need to speak to someone and there is no phone number listed. Why is there no real contact information for the company I need a phone number and a real office address I can visit. I have no problem with paying my bills but I have been ripped off to much and I feel like enough is enough I really need and would appreciate answers.
