    Same issues as the other complaints. I paid Park Resort $995 to sell my timeshare within a year or be guaranteed a minimum of $19700. My property ID is ********* with a signed agreement on 10/5/2023. Consulting agent on my paperwork is *. ******. The employee name of who I originally spoke with said she was *** ******. I have called the phone number several times, spoke with someone once about 8 months ago who said they are still working on selling my timeshare. Now, the phone number goes directly to a person who will not "connect" you until you accept a $100 gift card from ******* after providing your banking information. I, obviously, would like my initial money back, but am skeptical that this whole business has just scammed thousands of people, including myself. I would like this to scam to stop, because all the contract and signed paperwork really seemed legit, and many more people will fall for this ploy

    We were called by Park Resort and Hotel Consulting. The last person I talked with was *** ******. She gave me her phone # as ************. So the date of the transaction was April ******. We paid them $975.00 with Park Resort and Hotel Consulting stating they would market and advertise our timeshare. If we didn't get one qualified offer within 180 day period they guarantee they would buy our timeshare based on the minimum value appraised at. This was a 180 day guarantee commitment. Papers were signed via ******** and payment made via ****************. I can send copies of agreements if needed. After about a month I called to see why our property wasn't listed on their website as promised, but there was no answer and I left a message for a call back. I have called them back several times and left a message but have not gotten a response from them. Now when I call, the number is no longer in service as well as their website is no longer active. I haven't heard anything from them since our initial call and setting up the sale. While I would like them to follow through on their commitment of paying the initial payment for our timeshare, at this point i would settle for a full refund of all our money paid to them. Any help on this matter would be greatly appreciated. Thank you.

    The date of the transaction was Feb.14,2024. Paid them $1,590.00 and Park Resort and Hotel would market and advertise our timeshares. If we don't get one qualified offer within 180 day period they guarantee they would buy our account based on the minimum value appraised at. This was a 180 day guarantee commitment. I have called them several times and left a message but not got a response from them. now when I called the number is no longer in service.I haven't heard anything from them since February. Never seen or heard an advertising listing.

    A representative from this company reached out to my father regarding selling our timeshare (which he is not on the deed) in September 2023. After multiple conversations with several representatives from Park *********************************************** Consulting, we ended with a guy (********) who was very supportive in wanting to hear us and help us with selling our timeshare. We signed a contract on 9/16/2023 via Docusign, but never received a counter signed agreement (assuming this may have been fraudulent). We also paid them via electronic check the amount of $995. The agreement indicated we would receive a guaranteed payment of $18,170 in one year. The 365 Day Guarantee is approximately one month away. I called to follow up with them and no response. Cant even find a website anymore. All of which they seemed to have one year ago. Ive sent an email to the customer service team, no reply. Ive called their customer service number, the ********************** agent (who was so caring) five different times, same outgoing message that they are super busy working with satisfied customers and please leave a detailed message including property ID and someone will get back to me, no reply. Im disgusted that these predators go after senior citizens among many others. *** reached out to an attorney, but not sure how to proceed. This company and many others focus on scamming innocent people and they need to be stopped. The nature of the dispute is that their 365 day guarantee indicates they will compensate me $18,170 on 9/16/2024, unless they have sold it for more. That said, at this point if it is a scam, they have stolen $995 from me and I want it back. They have yet to return a phone call or email.

    On 3/27/2024 We signed agreement with Park Resort and Hotel Consulting LLC. We paid a one time fee of $1,195.00 to lock into this contract. The payment process was to give them our checking and routing data with next check number being 497 from ******************************* They cashed check on 4/1/2024. On 4/17/2024 Park Resort and Hotel Consulting LLC removed a second payment from same banking account. Cashing check No: 500 on 4/18/2024. We did not approve this second withdrawal and don't know how my wife's signature was applied to this transaction. WE were completely surprised to see a second payment, which was not required for our contract. AS defined by Park Resort and Hotel Consulting LLC.I called the company *** ******** that initially worked with us (*******************) and he agreed to the mistake and sent email on same date apologizing for the error and stated that we would get refund for second withdraw within 7-10 days. 5/23/2024 I sent an email to ****************************************** that we did not yet rcv our refund as promised from our contract *** with the company. We got no response. 5/28/2024 Sent another email to ****************************************** again explaining the problem and not getting our refund yet.It is now 8/14/24 and have not gotten our refund. During the months from Apr to Aug I have called the customer service number ************** and left multiple voice msgs for them to return my call. So far I've got nothing, not one call back or hint of refund since Apr.

    We paid them $975 to sell our timeshare in ******* Cancun, but they never took any action when approached earlier they promised to refund our payment since their number seems to be unreachable and their website has been taken down

    Signed attached contract with Park Resort and Hotel Consulting to list and sell my timeshare property. I have never been able to see a listing for it. I have tried several times to call and email with no responses. I leave voicemails on two different phone numbers, and the customer service number on their website is always busy. I noticed the contract has two different property ID numbers on it on two different pages. I paid $995 for my property to be listed and sold, and can find no proof that it has been listed at all. I was pressured on the phone to make a decision quickly on something that sounded too good to be true. My fault for falling for the sales pitch and giving into the pressure, I know. Once I looked up the company on BBB, its apparent that this is nothing but fraud and probably not even a legitimate business. I guess anyone can make up a website and put false reviews on it. I want my hard-earned $995.00 returned.

    Parks Resort and Hotel Consulting promised to help us with our timeshare agreement with ******* Cancun and their fees are $975. After we paid this amount to them through Zelle, they have just disappeared and are not replying to my emails or phone calls.

    We signed a contract with Park *********************************************** and paid $998.00 to sell our time share in ******* ** and if they didn't sell they would buy it after 6 months. I contacted them in January and after many calls I finally got a call back and asked if we needed to do anything since our 6 month time was approaching and was told no you will need to sign some papers when the time is up. The 6 month time period has come and gone and we have have been trying to contact Park Resorts and the number they have on their webpage and numerous emails. We finally got a response to a email that was vague and only said we needed to get an appraisal. We have tried to contact them asking how do we complete the transaction, we are in **************, ** and out time share is in *******, **. We simply want to get our questions answered and finalize the sell of the time share. The agent listed on out paperwork is ******** and the property number is #****-0236.

    I am rejecting this response because:  This is my 2nd complaint against this company. We paid our money in August 2023 with understanding that if the time share property wasn't sold it would be purchased by this company. It is now Sept 2024 and nothing. I provided the appraisal for the timeshare property and nothing. One email asking about a deed. No communication since and that was in May 2024. No one answerers the phone and no one respond to voice mails or emails. This company is a total SCAM. They make promises and then you are ghosted!! A 180 day process and turned into forever. The appraisal for our time share was for $400 so it's not like we talking about a huge amount of money we just wanted to get rid of time share.

    1. 7/12/2023 worked with Park Hotel and Resorts Consulting LLC to assist in selling our ******************** timeshare. I paid the initial $1495 to post and find potential buyer.2. Signed agreement Property ID #********* and **** was POC.3. Projected completion outlined in agreement would be Nov. 6, 2023 and if no buyer found would refund initial deposit minus maintenance fee so $1420.4. 11/30/2023 called the ************ number that no one answers and always goes to VM, except on this date **** answered and was startled it was me. **** proceeded to state the offer we agreed to had fallen through even though according to him was in a Pending status. He put on hold and checked and said offer fell through and would return $1420. Look for email from customer service. 5. 12/16/2023 finally received email 4:21pm and if accept $1420 refund amount and to reply within 24hrs to send refund form to complete. I replied same day at 5:02pm same day confirming amount and wait for form to complete.6. 12/13/2023 re-sent email again because did not receive any follow up or required form 7. 12/20/2023 sent another reply email still have not received form and any follow up 8. 1/2/2024 Finally rely stating apologize for inconvenience and will have document within next 24 hours.9. I replied Jan. 3, 17 and Feb 2 again providing signed agreement stating refund yet still do NO response, also during have called ************, ************ and ************ about literally 50 times leaving messages with no response.10. I have contacted my Bank to dispute and was told need to contact Park hotel to resolve.I am writing here because I have exhausted every avenue and thinking this is a scam/fraud company and needs to be shut down or return money as per agreement.

    Thank you for your support.  I have replied yet again to Parks Hotel and Resort with my address to send my refund check.  I have sent my address multiple times and still have not received.  

    Will see if follow through this time.  I have also contacted **** of America fraud department and local to investigate the legitamacy of this company.

    Since my initial complaint and the BBB reaching out to Parks Hotel and Resort how many times have they replied and now is April 23 and still no refund issued.   This is completely unacceptable and I cannot believe as a business noting can be done
