      In January of 2022 I purchased a vending machine, card reader, and location services from Fly Vending Machine. The initial purchase agreement was paid via a payment plan. The company was extremely persistent in obtaining each payment. I completed the payment plan with in 4 months. I was then sent links, upc #s, and pictures to set up various accounts I was told I would need to monitor the sales and inventory. Meanwhile I was told they were working to secure my location.this never happened. I met ******* in two different occasions under the guise that we had meetings with owners for instillation. These meeting never happened. After getting frustrated I was told I could find my own location and receive a partial refund. Later I asked for a full refund to which he agreed to in writing and never paid. To add insult to injury he said it would be better to just take my machine vs the refund. We communicated back and forth 4 months to arrange the delivery of the machine and there was always an excuse. To date I have received neither a refund nor my vending machine. He wont answer the phone and rarely responds to text messages. This is a scam and this man is a thief. I see the business has since closed and assume he has taken the money and ran!!

      Ive been dealing with this scammer for going on a year. I first purchased my 1st machine in June, June 16th to be exact. There was a problem with the location i had so I paid ******* $1,000 to find my husband and I a location for our new machine. He finally found one and the process went so good, we paid this man $3,000 for another machine, so total i purchased two combo machine and paid This man $6,000 both with card readers ( worse mistake ever !!!) He gets down here to Birmingham with my machine July 13, (which he lied the entire time about his location but that another story for a different date) it is not the combo machine i thought i was purchasing for ******* and the machine had the wrong size spirals in it. He Claim he had to order the correct size and bring them down here. July 30th was when we was suppose to bring the new spirals down here to install. He claim he got caught in the storm on the way down to ********** and the spirals started rusting (more lies) and he had to stop at his sister house in **********, **. A few days after that, he said he was going to ship them to my house and walk me though on how to install them. That process took about a month because he kept lying about actually ordering my spirals for the machine. I finally received the spiral, installed them, the machine compressor went out. I continue to contact ******* about coming to fix it (because the vending machine came with a warranty), he always come up with excuses such as his brother was in the hospital and he had to be admitted in the hospital this and that. Eventually, the vending machine completely stop working. At this point, Im over it and i still havent received a location for my new machine. I advised him I was over it all. He stated he can bring me the machine, deduct the travel fee, and refund me my $1,000 for the location fee. Ive been calling this man since Oct 2022, he wont answer my phone call, only will respond on a text. He still owes me $$ for the location
