    This business is promoting classes for people to become a veneer tech. From my knowledge, the only people thats are able to perform these procedures are Dentists. None of these people have a degree and are teaching people to apply veneers without the proper schooling and education. A List Smiles Atlanta is charging $2500 for 4 hour veneer classes and training courses. Promoting these courses and encouraging others to do this is extremely illegal and dangerous as these black market procedures may lead to serious health concerns including infections and even death.

    I initially made the $500 deposit in March 2023. There was a promotion going on called March madness where the special price was $4500. I spoke with the secretary through Instagram sent my pictures had a digital consultation sent in my deposit and booked my appointment for November 7, 2023. At my appointment ******* the owner who also installing my veneers explained to me that I needed a deep cleaning which was an additional $500 and then I had a missing side tooth and a gap on the opposite side that would require me to have a bridge which is an additional $1000. I had took time off of work paid for airfare to travel from ****** to Atlanta paid to stay at a hotel, and have been anticipating this for this since March so I felt as though I had no choice but to agree because I wanted to get this done and didnt see any other logical options. I ended up getting a deep cleaning that day, and having to come back the next day to get my veneers installed after receiving my veneers I noticed that it seemed as though I had an implanted tooth instead of a bridge. I immediately reached out to the secretary and she advised me that a bridge is something that **** to get custom-made. It takes a couple of weeks and I would have to come back down to get the bridge put in but what is in my mouth right now is just temporary. After a couple weeks passed by I tried reaching out to the secretary, leaving voicemails on the actual business phone and secretary phone also text messages to try and get an update on when the bridge would be ready. After several attempts, and as days went by without me getting any response or call back thats when one of my veneers in the back actually fell out my mouth. So I have a temporary veneer in my mouth not only have I not received my bridge which I paid an extra $1000 but on there website its listed cost is $650, and now one of the permanent veneers fell out and the install hasnt even been a month. They Are ignoring me and I dont know what to do.

    I paid this business $5,000 to get top and bottom veneers. Only the top veneers were done. ***************************** stated he would refund me for the bottom veneers which were never done. His employees were very rude when I called to get the bottom done because they claimed I didnt want to send picture of my teeth which I sent in to them earlier and they evaluated me. ****** said he would refund me the money for the bottom veneers that werent done that was in February of 2023. Since then Ive call him, left messages, text and he has not returned any of my calls or refunded my $2500. I had my veneers done in January and I paid with a credit company in November 2022 for the service.
