If you expect professionalism and communication DO NOT take your ********! If you want to be talked to rudely, not be given all the details of your pet's care and blamed for your pet's condition. This is your place!! The vet is rude and lacks bedside manner for pet parent's. My dog had surgery was sent home with no cone, no antibiotics, no pain meds. When returned for follow up they wanted to charge addtl $75 to sedate him to remove bandage and stitches because the vet was TOO LAZY to deal with my bigger dog. Because I unexpectedly put almost $400 out for this I asked for alternate options to avoid sedation. No one communicated with me other options. Just that now he needed to be rebandaged within minutes of saying he needed to be sedated. I asked if he needed to be sedated for that too? I offered to bandage myself if so or to come back to help with him. Again no one communicated the severity and what to expect not even that I would have to bring him back again for some 2nd type of stitches that were done. They tried to send him out ear gushing with blood when comforted I was immediately being yelled at by *************** and blamed for his condition. Claiming he wasn't bleeding like that when he got off the table. When asked why I hadn't been informed that he'd have to return 2x for stitches to be removed I was told by the vet "Why would I need to tell you that?". ?? I took my dog to another vet for the follow up care because I was told "we weren't a good fit". I was enraged and could not believe this woman was yelling at me. I was being asked to leave because it became a shouting match at this point all while my dogs ear is dripping blood everywhere. I refused to leave to get her to actually help my dog instead of screaming and arguing with me! My dogs ear became infected because they hadn't prescribed antibiotics after surgery! I have filed a complaint with ******************* as well!

***********************************, what you typed, is libelous. **************** removed the bandage on Saturday, and Tysons ears were not infected. Inflammation occurred while you were seeking your *rd veterinarian. The bandage should have been removed when we called Monday. You declined. You stated that you would find a new vet. We have never declined to send a patients records when the owner authorizes the release. As far as stating that we withheld your veterinary records, that too, is a lie. You left the H***6*4*8*4*4*8*0*6*1H with those in hand. We are your second most recent veterinary team and we have only seen you and Tyson * times. We always print detailed invoices/receipts showing specific after-care instructions, and educational facts, to help owners keep their pets as healthy as is preventable. It is not that we did not tell you, you did not listen when we explained things to you, and you also did not read your after-care instructions. ***** rubbed his ears-at home before and after we saw him on Saturday. **************** would not hesitate to prescribe antibiotics if infection is present. Your financial issues at the outset and in the end were your problem. You complained that you just spent nearly $400 on *****, when asked about the sedative that was unexpectedly needed. You are on your third veterinarian for obvious reasons, your demeanor. You were ready to physically assault our veterinarian and the staff then asked you to leave the premises. When you saw the camera, you settled down. When ***** was in the treatment room, you yelled and fussed so loudly, **************** responded. Upon rechecking the ear, since your pet had what is called an auricular hematoma due to your neglect, we noticed that ***** rubbed the bandage off from the surgery to repair the hematoma and he removed other parts of the bandage as well. ***** was uncomfortable. **************** went the extra mile in treating him, not charging you. You know ***** is strong, as you could not put a simple sleeve over his head. You knew the difficulties we were facing. It was too difficult to apply the new bandage without the sedative. You accusatorily asked the staff, Why didnt we tell you that? This was not something that was expected. **************** changes bandages regularly. ****** muzzle was impossible to work around. You then stated, **** can go ahead and sedate him, Ill pay for it, just do what you need to do. ***** was brought to you after you initially declined the sedative and requested to do the rebandaging yourself at home. He shook his head as he walked up and he began bleeding. There was little to no blood in the initial bandage upon removal. You should have returned the day prior, yet you called again saying your schedule would not permit. You also called the day of the surgery complaining about schedule limitations. We were ready to turn you away as a client at the outset, but **************** was determined to help *****. She took $180 off the surgery. You are unappreciative, abusive, manipulative, & a liar. You are the reason ******* ear would be infected now because of the time spent locating a third vet. We called you Monday. **************** said we were not a good fit on Saturday, yet she said she would complete the process relating to his ear. You left paying $*7 for something unrelated. You have a pet you cannot afford. No vet, no staff, no individual should deal with you and how you approach, abuse, and manipulate people. We fire clients like you, we just did not fire you soon enough. You were not charged for the re-bandaging, nor the anesthetic ear drops applied for Tysons relief. He deserves better care than what you are providing. You should not have waited as long as you did to treat ***** for the aural hematoma you allowed to progressively worse. Lastly, with the way you interacted you are no longer welcome on our premises. Reporting a doctor for fulfilling their duty as a doctor and going above for the patient is of no concern. **************** always goes beyond for her patients which is why she has the respect and dedication that she has in this and several surrounding cities. She is also very fair with her pricing, which is likely what brought you to her facility in the first place. Try being less antagonistic towards individuals who go out of their way to help you. All that **************** did went unappreciated by you, but at least your dog was given some much-needed relief. This case will be litigated.
