    I have two parents one receives disability, ****************** *********************** 06-07-1948 and **************************** 09-06-1947 ******** and ********* Also, I have tried several ways and many times to call on behalf of my parents but no DHS agent will answer phone calls. My parents have been waiting on the Cash Assistant cards for $350 each to arrive via mail or DHS website but cannot login to ****************** because the landline phone does not accept texts its antiquated. The landline h E number needs to be removed. Also, please update the new number is ************. The client ID is 771044445.In addition, I sent you an email and the response gave be a run around whereas the information has nothing to do with assisting my parents with getting their Cash Assistance funds.If you can please change the phone number ASAP.Thank you for your time.Sincerely,*************************

    I am filing a complaint on behalf of ************** of ***** Services For Food stamps. I have been trying to get in touch with my Case Manager for the past Month or two but have been successful in getting in touch with him. I am trying to get a status on my Case and I have sent emails, made phone calls and so much more and no one has returned my calls or emails at all. I am becoming very frustrated because I looked on Georgia Gateway and it said my Stamps have been approved but I havent received anything at all. Its been over a month and its becoming a problem at this point. I am not able to buy grocery for my family and its been a struggle and I would really like this situation to be handled also for my Case Manager to get in touch with me as soon as possible!
