    I ordered product from this company and they refuse to send it saying its been delivered and **** tracking number says only a shipping label has been created very unprofessional

    The customer item was prepared and shipped on May 28th, 2024. The initial tracking showed the package routed outside of metro *******. Several days later, the package was classified as pre-shipment though the item was shipped. We communicated with the customer, and asked that he contact **** due to the enormous problems they have had with there delivery system. The customer gave us reason to believe that he tampered with the tracking confirmation through **** customer support, and then notified us once it became undetermine if the package had been delivered.

    We will ship a new package to this customer, and ask that he not order from us again.

    If they send me the package that I paid for then I will close this case I have no reason to lie about something my card was charged for and I will never order from here again like cmon how can I tamper with tracking number like really just send me what I paid for
