    1.Maverick Warranty has been of no help when it comes to the warranty coverage for foundation repair for my client. They have continued to drag their feet and heels when it comes to standing for their warranty on a property that has significant foundation issues that is extremely visible. Maverick is a warranty company that sits on repairs, denies warranty claims on foundation repairs needed even after the home has failed inspection due to foundation. A second opinion on the foundation was provided and this foundation company found over $40,000 worth of foundation issues needing repaired. My client had a contract on the home to sell when the contract fell through due to the inspection failed due to the foundation. We have now needed to bring in the ***** Attorney General to perform an investigation on this matter, as well as gather estimates for repairs ourselves and they continue to not care by again, repeatedly denying warranty on a damaged home. i.Previous assessment completed 02/02/2021 Assessment Denied ii.Previous Assessment completed 11/11/2021 Assessment Denied iii.On 11/15/2023 property failed inspection due to the foundation iv.On 01/31/2024, a claim was submitted to have the foundation measured v.On 2/6/2024 Maverick Warranty Hired Lighthouse Engineering to schedule with client and Tenant vi.02/15/2024 Lighthouse Engineering went to property to conduct inspection vii.On 03/11/2024 Lighthouse Engineering provided an inspection report viii.On 3/11/2024 ***************** denied warranty claim ix.On 2/6/2024 My client hired two separate foundation companies to get additional reports 1.3/1/2024 company 1 gave us a report indicating that foundation repairs were needed 2.3/26/2024 company 2 provided a report indicating that foundation repairs were needed x.Company 1 report quoted ****** to repair the home xi.Company 2 report quoted ****** to repair the home

    If it were possible, I would give Maverick Builders a rating of 0 stars. My experience with them has been nothing short of a nightmare. From their overall lack of professionalism to their dismissive attitude towards customer concerns, ******** Builders has left me thoroughly disappointed.In particular, ******************************* behavior stood out as exceptionally rude and unhelpful. Her complete disregard for basic etiquette and customer interaction skills made every interaction with her unpleasant and unproductive. Despite multiple attempts to seek clarification or address issues, ****** consistently failed to provide satisfactory responses.During the 11th-month inspection, ******** Builders declined most of the reported issues, further highlighting their lack of accountability and commitment to quality workmanship. It's clear that they prioritize cutting corners over meeting customer expectations.In conclusion, I strongly advise against working with ******** Builders. Their incompetence and unprofessionalism have made my experience with them a regrettable one. If you value your time and sanity, look elsewhere for your construction needs.
