    Dates of transactions: $*****-6/3/2024, $90-7/1/2024, $90-8/1/2024, $90-9/3/2024. Dates of service: 6/3/2024 & 8/14/2024. I've been incorrectly billed and over-charged and I need a refund.During a visit on 6/3/2024 an employee managed to upsell me a prepaid wax package, which I was charged $90 for [7} visits,along with 2 free visits. 2 free visits is the incentive for purchasing the prepaid package. I've only been 1 additional time since 6/3/2024 and therefore I have quite a few visits left from the 6/3/2024 package purchase. I had NO idea I was being charged ***** every single month. This was NOT what I signed up for. I signed up for a pre-paid visit package and I would expect not to be charged until I have utilized the allotted amount of visits that I purchased on 6/3/2024. I did not sign up for this. I had no knowledge of any recurring $90 monthly billing. I reached out to the company's website and filled out a [complaint] online explaining this, twice. I have not received any response or correspondence. When I called to discuss the issue, the employee who took the call skated around my concerns, avoided my question/request and ignored that I was asking for a refund for incorrect billing and charges for services that I have not received. Ultimately a "manager" by the name of ******** ********(?) took my call and also skated around the fact that I was asking for a refund. She only offered to 1. Email me a contract to look at AND 2. issue me a store credit, which is not only absurd, but at this point it is disrespectful. I asked her for a number to corporate office and her response was, "You have to look that up". In other words, she was not giving me the number for corporate office, for whatever reason. I searched the website AND the internet for a corporate office number, to no avail. At this point, this now the business is looking shady to me, all things considered. I don't wish to do any more business with this company and I need my money refunded asap.
