It was the phone # for www.quickhelp24-7.com I was transferred to a technician named *****. He sold me & installed a lifetime ******************** on my computer. Then ******************* from the same company phoned me on 9/19/2023 stating that someone using my email address at yahoo.com had taken out a loan for $19,482 & someone had registered my same email address on a pornographic website for $3,482. He also said there was an email in my email inbox from a man that was saying that he didn't want the $35,892 money that was sent him for child *********** pictures of his daughter and that he was going to contact the **** ******************* said I needed a VPN, Network Security & an IP Encryption Banking security so he sold me a lifetime package for $5947.15 & installed it on my computer. He said to make the check payable to Ultimate Store, P.O. Box *****, **************, **. *****. He also gave me a 2nd phone # of ************ to call him. I later became suspicious when I clicked on the new icons and found they were all connected to my McAfee and inside of my Mcafee he had put the Network Security and IP Encryption Banking programs on an exclusion list NOT to scan them. The names of the 4 programs were NetworkSecurity. exe, IP Encryption Banking Security, Network Security ******* ***** Encryption Banking Security.exe After I removed them from the exclusion list, Mcafee found 4 viruses. That is when I realized that I had been scammed twice. ******************* must have put them on the exclusions list while I was mailing the check out by overnight express at the post office. On 9/27 I sent an email to ******************* at customer ****************************************** demanding a refund of $8000.54. He phoned me on 9/28, & I again demanded a refund I haven't received.

On 11/15/2022, I was made to think my computer was suddenly infected, suggested by a pop-up message. I called for a service check-up; one tech surveyed my system while another tech talked the whole time about life-time preventive services from their company, which I unfortunately fell for. The initial cost was $8000.00, but when I came to some sense, I authorized only $3000.00, thinking this may be legit, but I had changed my mind.On 05/30/2023, I was contacted by "*******************" regarding renewal or cancellation of service. I called back to cancel. He told me that cancellation was $5500, but if I didn't pay that, the (unwanted) service would be renewed at $12,000. I did pay the $5500 through Ultimate Store, but now Mr. ******** is now attempting to reach out to me once again. His # ************* ******, **.

My elderly father, suffering from vascular dementia, was having computer problems and called a computer help center for assistance. The help center forwarded him to a third party company called Fortune Kart LLC. Unknowingly to him, Fortune Kart LLC has a horrible reputation for scamming customers. They were on the phone with him for a long time asking questions. They proceeded to talk my dad into sending them a check for $7,500!! Not only is his computer not fixed, he has now been scammed out of $7,500! This incident has been reported to the police and Federal Trade Comission.

This company tried to scam an 86 year old nun out of $399 to reset her computer. They need to be investigated and put out of business.
