    The company was hired for photography services for a wedding and havent provided the finish product ! The company has failed to follow the contract and any attempts to communicate!

    I hired this business to take photo/video of my wedding on June 25th 2023. I paid money and signed a contract. Final payment was due two weeks before event. My package was to come with 600+ photos, a 25 - 30 minute video, a TikTok reel, and they were supposed to be there for 10 hours. They were two hours late, its been 4 months and I finally received pics (unedited), no video, no TikTok. Communication is dead, she wont respond unless I start leaving messages all over her social media platforms. She gives deadlines and never keeps them. I want my wedding video. This is a horrible business owner.

    This client and her husband are disgruntled at the turn around timeframe for their full video. They have received 628 edited photos as well as teaser photos and videos. We have offered a refund and advised them on how to access the process, but they have been belligerent and rude.     I am rejecting this response because:
    A refund amount was offered and I rejected it. I was very specific in what I want, my wedding video or a full refund of all monies paid. This is my wedding, a day I can not get back. You told me you could provide a service, photos and video of my day. I was only provided a portion of my service, $800 is not an acceptable refund. My husband and I paid over 17K for our *************** had one job to do. I held up my end of the contract and you did not. You act as if its no big deal. Im way past frustrated, disgruntled, ******, and any other adjective youd like to use!!! The photos and video were the most important part of the event, MY MEMORIES!! This lady acts like its nothing!!! I saw on instagram she has done this to another bride and *** reached out to her. I will get what I want. A ****** will be learned. You will not do another Bride this way. This business needs to be SHUT DOWN!!! I want a full refund of $2500 or my wedding video. I was clear then, Im clear now. The refund that was offered, she told me to dispute my last payment $812 with my bank to get it!!! Lie to my bank? Fraudulent!!

    KaydenMade Photography owned by *******************************, took **** dollars to deliver pictures and videos from my wedding. They never provided anything, have blocked me from all communication. they said 4 weeks turn around and they have not provided me with the service I paid for. They have terrible reviews now and if you try to leave a review on social media they would erase and block you

    The client is overall upset at the turnaround timeframe. During peak wedding season, turnaround times for full photo album + video delivery can take up four months. This information is included in the clients contract.


    ******* was sent teaser photos August 19th, 2023 and is due to receive her teaser video. She was updated on the delay of her teaser video and we have expedited it for her to receive it 10/27/23. 


    ******* is not blocked. We have changed our original phone number and sent an email advising her of this through the ********* portal she initially booked through. We have been communicated to her through the ********* portal. 


    Our social media accounts were hacked. As a result, all of our social media handles, except ******** have been dismantled. Editing production has been affected due to this issue and that communication was relayed to ******* via the ********* portal.


    We have reached out to her to discuss in detail the progress and the steps we have taken to get her full wedding package to her without jeopardizing the quality she has paid for. The client has not responded yet .
