    We would highly recommend Holy Smokes to anyone needing chimney cleaning or repair services. We recently moved into a new home and reached out to Holy Smokes to clean our chimneys. They were quick to respond and we were able to schedule an appointment very easily. While they were here, they discovered some significant issues with one of our chimneys. We knew something had been mentioned in the home inspection, but we didn't realize the severity until Holy Smokes showed us several photos and explained in detail what needed to be done and why. They gave us options and offered advice. They were incredibly professional and pleasant to work with throughout the entire process! We will not hesitate to use them again when it is time to clean our chimney next year.

    This is a local owner-operated business. The husband/wife owners are professional, worked quickly and communicated well. Custom order of gas logs came in quickly and look/work beautifully. The inspection showed we needed a new chimney pan and received a quote. The price was fair for the cost/install of the pan, and the free inspection was appreciated. I did check the old pan, and confirmed there were 3 holes, with rust, so I am glad we didn't wait a year for a replacement. 2 weeks later, a different team came for the install, also very professional. Team wore shoe covers and covered the living room floor with a tarp. There was no mess; I have cream carpet and furniture :) They carried away the trash and showed me how to work the new gas logs. Owner also followed up with a call same day to confirm we were satisfied with the work and then provided an invoice, only after we were satisfied. I'd highly recommend Holy Smokes.

    Holy Smokes thoroughly cleaned and inspected our wood stove chimney. They took pictures to show creosote build up and explained ways to minimize this in the future. They completed our job days ahead of schedule. I recommend them and will call them for our next inspection and cleaning.

    This team is INCREDIBLE! Such kind people and very knowledgeable. They went above and beyond to get our cleaning and inspection completed (and in a timely manner!), plus review additional repairs needed to get our fireplace back in shape. Would HIGHLY recommend to anyone in need of fireplace and chimney services.
