My younger brother called them to come look at his car and do a diagnostic. He then proceeded to pay them the $85 deposit fee just for them to NEVER show up. I suppose the driver must have gotten lost, but they took no accountability for that, or anything else. When my brother called today to try to make things right from his cell phone, hoping for a full or at least partial refund seeing as no services were rendered, his calls were forwarded. However, when I called from my phone immediately after, they coincidentally answered. The lady on the phone was very cold, rude and not willing to work with us at all. She stated that originally the wrong address was given, and when they went to said address there was no house, but she now has the correct address on file. I then asked her what was the original address theyd received, as well as the new correct address they had on file, simply to try to see where the confusion occurred. She tells me the original address they had, which was the correct address. She said that when the driver went to the address, it was an empty parking garage downtown. However, upon googling the address, you can clearly see a house appear as the reference picture, so Im not sure what happened on their end, but we gave them the correct address the first time. I asked her what was the correct address that she now had on file, which she never actually gave me. This is due to the fact that it is the same address we originally gave the first time. As the conversation went on, this lady continuously raised her voice at me and tried to talk over me, calling me argumentative for asking clarifying questions, and did not try to come up with any solutions at all. She stated that when they called my brother, he did not answer. This was because he was at work and unable to answer. In the end, she stated that Policy is policy and Im not about to argue with you , unwilling to remedy this matter, and mentioned how I wasnt even the customer.

Amazing service! I have a son at *** and I don't live close by where I can help him when he has car trouble. So its very scary when he has a problem and you don't know who you can trust. It is great to know that there are companies out there like Red Dawg that you can trust and depend on when you have a need. Excellent and very timely service, good price, and wonderful and friendly people. I will recommend Red Dawg to all the *** parents that I know. THANK YOU!**************
