    This wholesale T-shirt company took orders for product One on Wed Aug 31 for 27 t-shirts-$446.50, the other Fri Sept 9th, for 13 tshirts-$100.50. Their posted ship times one the ** order site is 21 business day turn around. One shirt design shows a 16 day turn around.I contacted them on 9/16 for shipment information, I was told that they have 21 day business turnaround times that they were not set to go out yet.email 10/19 I emailed stating that the orders were now 31 days and 25 business days since ordering requested shipping date I was told on **** that they apologized for the delay and I should see both of these out in the next five days.email 10/26 I requested shipping information I received an email back on **** stating that they apologize for the delay they see that they had said that they should ship that that was an estimation on their part estimations are subject to change that they would get back to me. They did not.10/30 I sent an email requesting a refund as on the receipt it is posted any order over 30 days can be refunded if it had not been received. I told them that I intended to contact my bank, the Better Business Bureau, regarding the situation.they responded nov 2 - stating that refunds would not be approved that they were sorry for the inconvenience they also said that they were not sure where I found that policy as they had a different policy posted on their website although this is attached to their receipt sent by them.Nov 3 email- requested shipment information still no shipment,I have filed a dispute with my Credit card company. They continue to take orders every day, yet there are a MULTITUDE of people in my position asking about their orders.
