    September **** is the date I paid this apartment complex 200$ for administration fee They have not paid me back It’s been months I call them everyday and they say they will check the mailbox and call me back They never call me back They say that the check have to be reissued and that they got the check re issued and they still never call me back or have any updates I need that money I have been nothing but kind to them every time I call This was in September it is now February This is absurd I would like my 200$ back as soon as possible Thanks for allowing this request to be sent

    Ms. ***** was an applicant that canceled her application. Per our policy, administration fees are only refundable if denied for the apartment. Due to the miscommunication between office staff and Ms. *****, I have requested a refund of the $200 admin fee be processed immediately for payment and have the check overnighted to the leasing office. Ms. ***** will be contacted upon arrival for her to pick up.

    I applied for and appartment with this company and was denied, which was all good, after reading no one in their right mind would want to live there, I am due an $200 deposit which thy claim was cut in the December **** but the Snail mail that they use can't seem to get it to their office, I am having a very difficult time in my life and need my money back!

    Ms. ****** contacted the leasing office on January *** regarding her refund of $200.00 as she had not received it. Upon reviewing, the check was cut on December **** and mailed via ****. Due to the delay, we requested through our accounting department that they place a stop payment on the original and reissue. The check was reissued that day and mailed directly to the leasing office. The check was received and Ms. ****** was notified of pick up. This has been resolved.

    This apartment management isn’t doing their job, my water has been off today for three going on four days, they are not picking up phone or giving updates! I moved into my apartment with the agreement of my sink being changed and yet to now nothing has been done! Can you please help get my water back on, it’s off for the whole apartment! And I need my rent lowered for this!

    To Whom It May Concern: 

    Upon reviewing Ms. *****'s concerns, the water to the property had to be cut off for a period of time due to mandatory repairs. On December **, 2022, temperatures in the ******* area dropped down to -2 causing a water line to bust at the property. Maintenance responded immediately and attempted to contact a plumber due to the extent of the repair. Due to the holidays, the first availability for a plumber to come out to make the necessary repairs was Monday December ****. Management contacted all residents via text message to notify them of the issue, that the water had to be cut off to the property, and kept them updated throughout the process until the repairs were made. Management also supplied water for the residents to utilize for cooking, flushing of toilets, etc.. We understand that this was an inconvenience to all, however it was necessary for repairs to be made. 

    In regards to Ms. *****'s kitchen sink, Maintenance has inspected the sink on two different occasions and the sink is functioning properly. There are hard water stains in the sink, however the sink does not need to be replaced at this time.
