    In mid-May, I dropped off my truck to have several body parts replaced and the entire truck painted. I was told it would be done in 3 weeks. On** May**022 I wrote a check for $2,673.00 as a down payment. The check was cashed on * May. When I've contacted Neil Keys, manager of** Keys Custom Paint and Body, he's has done little but offer excuses as to why the work on my truck has yet to be completed. At one point, he promised me that the truck would be done on ** Sept - this was done via email (see attachment). Yet another week has passed and now he does not take my calls nor does he reply to text messages. I have been inconvenienced for far too long. The broken promises now fall on deaf ears. I simply want my truck repaired, as planned, and returned to me. I have had to delay doing things around my home due not having my truck. It's reached a point of being absurd. There should be some means of restitution due to the extreme delay in completing the work.
