    Don't do business with this dealership. They have zero integrity and even less customer service skills. They don't care about honesty or trying to fix a bad customer experience....even in the amount of 175.00.
    Don't go here. Go anyplace else.

    This business does not even deserve a one star. We bought a 2022 Heartland ******* *** ***** in December 21. It went in their shop in January for repairs. Finally got it back in March 2022. We took it to the beach in July, came back home took it in for repairs on 26 July 2022. They just called us today and said it was ready for pick up. They broke the ceiling fan blades and were trying to find brackets for the fan. Gander finally came back to us and said that Heartland says the brackets are no longer available and were going to try and find replacements at Home Depot. But Gander could not get the parts person to go over there. (Why didn't they call **** *****??) We called Heartland and asked what the issue was, and we were told that evidently that fan had been discontinued. This is for a 2022 model too. Heartland told us that Gander could contact their parts department who could probably locate a replacement. We told the service advisor that. A few days later he called us and said that their parts department could not locate a replacement on the Heartland website. My husband asked Why did they not call the Heartland Parts Department. Received a call today and were told that we could either call Heartland and ask if they would replace the fan under warranty, or buy the fan and Gander would install it, or do NOTHING. But they are done with our camper.
