We are a tax firm with multiple locations. Using Sagenext has been a nightmare. Our tax software is down almost DAILY. Our payroll software never works. We have spent hundreds of hours being down costing our firm HUGE! They also promise to resolve and NEVER last for more than a day. This was by far the biggest mistake made.

After a deep investigation, we found that ***** has released the new update today. Unfortunately, this update was released after the maintenance team left for the day. Also, we checked with the ***** team, if there is any way to hold the update during working hours. They simply denied with the response that "application updates are important due to security reasons, and that there is no fixed time for any update, it can appear anytime." Going forward, the team has explained to you how to update the application if it appears during working hours. Rest, during the daily maintenance window, if there will be any application/server update, the team can take care of it accordingly. Once again, we truly apologize for the inconvenience caused to you. In case there is anything, please keep in touch with us via call or email, we are available 24x7 for your assistance. The system was down for three day and I kept getting the same response, we are working on the issue and we just need time. I then had to enter all the work that was done prior 4 days. I entered all the information that was deleted by sage next and then the system was shutdown for no reason. I emailed and called them but I can not get a hold of anyone.Sagenext Infotech, LLC
