      I was a patient at Augusta University Dental College, and during my visits, I was often required to make a payment despite having insurance—about 90% of the time. I requested an itemized list of all my services and payments, and I discovered that I have a credit of $486.90.

      On ******* ** ****, I spoke with someone in the Billing department who confirmed my credit and informed me that I should expect a check in the mail within 4 to 8 weeks. However, I have not received it yet. Since ******** ****, I have been following up repeatedly, spending hours on hold, and have been unable to reach anyone.

      This morning, I was contacted by Ms. Levi, the Financial Coordinator, who informed me that my check was ready. We scheduled a time for pickup, and my mother was able to collect the check for me. I am pleased to say that my case is now closed. Thank you very much for your assistance!

      Dental college has refused to return overpayment. The college has stated it was in the process of refunding the payment over 60 days ago and still has not sent refunded what is owed to me.
