    I will never recommend Concrete Coating to anyone. We had problems from the start with them scheduling. When the project was finally finished there were several blemishes showing up. After numerous return trips to “touch up” these areas it was agreed the only way to resolve the issue was to put a new top coat on the section with blemishes. That was done 4 months after the initial job was complete. Now an original portion of the patio that did not have an additional coating is a different color. We were also quoted the surface would NOT be slippery. It is extremely slippery and I have fallen several times. Our project was an outdoor patio area. I have reached out to the company since ****** to have someone return. I have sent pictures to production as requested which they agreed there is a problem. I have called them 7 times since **** with no results.

    Concrete coating came yesterday and tried to fix the problem.  Both technicians agreed it still was 2 different colors and they were  going to speak to their boss about grinding the surface down and start from the beginning, they are suppose to advise.  
    I do not wish to close this complaint out yet.  Thank you, *****.

    Stephen Felton, the owner of the company, sent a crew to fix the complaint. The initial complaint was totally redone. Everything that is covered under warranty has been done.

    I do not agree with Sam Felton’s assessment of the issue.  His crew did come out and recoat the surface so it is not slippery anymore but the patio still reflects two different shades.  The technicians that redid the surface were to recommend to Sam that the job was not done correctly originally and should be redone.  Sam was suppose to contact me when in the *********** area back before ************ but as usual I did not ever hear back from him.  
    They  sell the job which was over $3000 and walk away. Lifetime warranty is only words on a piece of paper them.

    I paid this company to do a concrete coatings job. I paid my deposit and then received the run around. I have all documentation and recordings of my dealings with this company. No refund has been issued. No work has been done an after multiple attempts No refund of my deposit. They will not allow reviews and will block all attempts on social media to contact.

    We tried to resolve this complaint promptly and allowed the customer to cancel her binding contract without penalty.  Additionally, we promptly issued a refund and have attached proof of that refund. 

    We strive to address any and all concerns promptly and fairly and seek to learn from every customer complaint.
