    I've tried to reach out to customer service through the webpage where I placed my order for the jersey regarding my cancellation request. However, I have found it challenging to contact Augusta Sportswear. The only option available is a web form, and it's been two weeks and they never replied back to my query. There is no way to reach out to customer services if there is any issue. I never received an email confirmation for my first order, which is why I ended up placing a second order. Additionally, the shipping commitment was 3-5 days, but I received my order after 11 days which is not normal as i get all other shipping timely. I am frustrated with this company. I would like to know since **** is a renowned name and i don't expect them to associate themselves with a vendor that's not reliable, who provides zero customer services and also requires you to complete a waiver for no-refund and there is 0 commitment for the buyer.
