    Paid William over 6800
    William kept my money, and poured undeveloped, unsquear, cracked concrete without permit, causing me to pay over 12,500 to repair and engaged a structural engineer to correct issues. Above average concrete utilized fake ****** reviews, and fake pictures to mislead me, seeking my money back

    We had old and new concrete stained. The older concrete stain looks good the new part was sealed before the concrete and stain were dry . Mr. W**** came back and pressure wash the new part but says he is not responsible for restraining and sealing.

    Hired William W****, owner of Above Average Concrete to resurface and stain concrete driveway. Do have a contract. We purchased $1,600 of the materials. He came and did the first coat and has not been back. We paid him $1,000 with a remaining balance of $600. We have called, left messages, texts, actually begged him to come back and finish. Nothing....he is completely MIA. We now have all this material we've paid for, a 1/2 completed driveway we may be facing a fine for unless it's finished, and no idea or have the tools to complete the job ourselves. My husband is having **** ******** **** ******* **** *** ****** *********** ** *** ******** **** *** ********** *** ********
    We are in a really tough position because of William. At least he could respond and let us know if he's coming to finish or not. We've asked him that. We are so upset. Thought we had a good relationship with him, never threatened, on the opposite, have treated him with the utmost respect and have told him so. We truly trusted him and feel betrayed. Are you able to help please?

    William W**** arrived to my house and was counseled on exactly what I wanted for the kitchen which was black concrete countertops and backsplash. He was shown a photo for inspiration and was confident after consulting that he could do the job. 50 days later, the job is not complete. I repeatedly tried contacting him once I didn’t hear back on the day we were supposed to meet. He didn’t respond until I sent him a message letting him know that I did not wish to continue working with him as he was not responsive, wasn’t performing quality work, and continued to put the project on the back burner. The countertop was formless which he claims to have explained to me but he did not and I did not agree to a formless countertop. The edges are uneven, the corners are chipped, the color isn’t uniform, and the countertop has oscillating marks from a belt sander. He claims I changed the criteria mid way through the project which is also untrue and I have the conversations printed to prove such. William was also heard talking negatively about me in my driveway while on the phone. I chose to not address this issue until I was given the runaround then ghosted after he asked me to pay him early. The original plan was to pay him when the work was complete. He was given the opportunity to resolve the situation and I asked to receive a refund minus the material cost to which he originally agreed but has since retracted. I now have to pay someone to remove and fix his job. I paid William W**** a total of $3000
