    The owner Jesse(on morning 4/10/23) after checking out where install would be, sent installers (same day in afternoon) who had no idea about installing Ring Floodlight Cam and he told me that they had installed Ring Floodlight Cams before. They first mounted the camera part upside down facing the sky. Jesse told me I needed a different mount to have Ring Floodlight camera facing down mounted under eaves. That didn't sound right to me to I contacted Ring customer service to find out that the camera part could be rotated--so they rotated it. However, later even though I thought the angle was right and told Jesse everything was okay and they left house, it wasn't. I couldn't view the area right outside the back door (straight down under camera) but I thought it was the zone on the Ring app that needed to be adjusted. Ring customer service stated that it needed to be angled inward more & then I could adjust zone on Ring app. I Contacted Jesse, the Owner and said he would come back for no charge when they were back in the area--may be couple weeks. Told him okay I'll wait. This was April 10 2023 and I'm still calling him for at least a return by end of June 2023. Says not sure he can come back by then. Referred me to another person, who would come for additional charge, but after thinking about it my husband said to stick with Jesse, with Watts the Problem--for no charge when he is available. Also found out today that the floodlights are upside down. Hood part over lightbulbs are under lightbulbs. I told him this and now he tells me to find someone else. I told him Thanks and God bless. Husband is disabled veteran & this has stressed him out. Very disappointed. Only wanted him to do the right thing on a bad install.
