    My gate is not working correctly and it Is dragging on the concrete. It is not closing together the way it should. I was told on Aug. 17, 24 he would fix the gate. After the gate was fixed it was still not done correctly. They would show up, fix the fence and not let me know it was done, incorrectly. I was promised he would fix the fence but I have not been contacted since.

    i was called after she hired someone to add a Walkin gate, she called me crying, he cut a section of the gate which caused the gate to drag, this problem was created by the previous welder, there is know warranty this work has been there over 3years since, ive fixed the gate for her

    I am rejecting this response because: I paid AAA, it took them a year to complete it. They provided a manual gate. I needed another gate to open automatically as the fire dept needs access as  I am on life support/oxygen and they need access.   Nate from AAA could never seem to get the manual gate adjusted.  What I had placed in addition was the automatic gate.   During this process we saw that the posts were not secured in concrete by AAA and the weight of the gate is not properly supported. All the weight is on the posts and they are moving which lowers the gate making it hard to open. It is currently working but as it is used it lowers and needs force pushing it back into place. I would like the supports repaired so that this is not a continual problem. The problem is with AAA original gate (I have two). I need them to replace the manual gate with stronger support. The support holding the metal pieces that support the gate are not there. It is not because of the new work it is from the original work not completed properly.

    Had flag pole fabricated, hold down to large for flag/contacted company several times/ basically told me he will get to it, when he get to it. Invoice #****. Email: ******************* phone # *** *** ****

    Ms. ****** *****-***** came into our establishment to get a flag pole fabricated. After completing the pole and he went out to install it she was not home but he installed it in an area she had cleaned and left for him to install it. After installing it she called back several days later to state that it was in the wrong location. The Owner then went back out and removed it and placed it in another area. Days later she called again and stated that the end of the pole where the flag was a ball where the flag would be placed on it was too big and she could not get the flag on the pole. He then went out again and removed the ball. After a few days later she called and stated that the flag pole needed to fixed because the flag would not stay on. He then went out again and fixed the end and corrected the problem again she was not home. So we come to today we received an email from the BBB stating that he never corrected the issue. We called and spoke to the Flag pole owner and explained to her that we had ndeed  .  fixed the issue and she stated that she had never actually looked to see if the problem were corrected
