Had a complete new system installed in our restaurant in ******** 2023 and almost 8 months now they have had to come out 7 times to fix it starting with no drain being installed on the air ******* in the ceiling which flooded our building. They quoted a price and on that quote we found they didn't do more than half of what they quoted and we payed for. Finally had code enforcer come check it because of all the trouble it's causing us and the things in the quote.. that did not exist that we paid top dollar for and they didn't do any of the things. Only thing they did was install a new *** ******* and new *********. In the quote was to be done professionally and properly as quote said included was installing a new ********** **** and new drain lines at the unit, there was not even a piece of pipe for the drain so they come back and put in **** but not by code they had the **** sitting on the ceiling tiles then draining into a hole they knocked into the attic plumbing vent. Supposed to insulated the copper line and was not, supposed to install a liquid line drier and there was not one, supposed to replace high voltage wiring on inside and outside unit they used the old ones supposed to install new disconnects in inside and outside units and did not they used old ones. Supposed to have installed **** **** equipment and only put in **** which is not even up to standard. Then finally the inspector came out and the quote includes a permit for the job which they did not get therefore they were supposed to come make the job good per what quote said and up to code but have yet to get started and now we're paying another company to get us cooling because for the 9th time now the a/c quit. This company is a joke and are paying someone to allow them to work. Karma will catch up to them. You don't charge 10 thousand for a2000 job and it just be OK

On July 10, 2024, Chad from All Weather Heating & Cooling, LLC. came to my residence to conduct a maintenance on the HVAC system after I placed a maintenance request with the property manager. Upon completing his inspection, I inquired about what was wrong with the HVAC system and his findings. Chad, the representative from All Weather Heating & Cooling was evasive and elusive in his response to me. He told me that the HVAC system never worked and hasn't for a long time. This was a lie because I explained in the maintenance request how the HVAC system wasn't functioning properly and would sometimes blow out cool air and sometimes it would not work at all. Chad had completely shut down the HVAC system and told me that I no longer have AC. I later learned that Chad saw dust and possible mold inside the HVAC after he opened it up for inspection. The unethical business practice of not telling the truth and sharing information about what is affecting my health and safety is problematic. I rent a single family home and would not do business with them either as a tenant or home owner. I do not want or need a response from the owner of this business.

We were contacted by the Owner's management company and are bound by our contract with our Owners. Since ******* is a tenant in this property and not the owner we are not under any obligation to report to the tenant, it would be a breach of contract. Our technician did answer the tenant's questions as well as he could under the circumstances. We submitted a full report to the property manager as requested who ultimately reports to the property owner. Out of 19 reviews this tenant has posted 14 (fourteen) 1-star reviews negatively impacting several companies because something didn't the way he felt it should. As a company we are bound by contract to the property owner.
