    Paid for New AC unit. unit has not worked or cooled as promised. System not taped at joints to avoid escape air.
    unit not having proper drainage. Company did not clean up all parts. Old parts left throughout install.
    Customer told that I by contractor I would have to run my unit at 74 degrees. Told after multiple visits after install that I now need to install a inserted fan to deliver air to all parts of my NEW system. Unit is putting out less than the (old) former unit. UNIT will not reached desires or set temperature. unit is running nons-stop from 1pm-12 midnight. Charges for items that I did not received.

    Good afternoon. ****** ******** would not allow us to complete the charging of the system with the *****. Mr ***** went out of town this week and he called me when he got back into town,  i was in ***** Georgia during that time and we were finishung up a job and when that job was completed, we went directly to Mr ***** house. when we got there he seemed to want all kinds of demands that were not in the intention of letting us complete that portion of the job which was to make the ***** levels proplerly installed. Mr ***** allowed us to complete the job and then started to curse at me and my employess and told us to leave his property. we left the property before we could finish. The unit was just turned on when we got there so the temperture was 74 and cooling, but he asked us to get off of his property before we knew that that system was fully charged with ***** and the temperture was at cooling level. Until that is done, we would have known this.

    I am rejecting this response because:  The visit on ********* was scheduled with Mr. Forrest on *********. He was aware I was out of town. I have phone records where I called him and notified him as promised that I would be home by **** **. The AC was running for ****** ***** * when he arrived. I did not prevent Mr. Forrest or his crew from completing the task. Mr. Forrest did not address the issue that my house was not cooling. He only wanted to give a lecture on the value of changing air filters and how he runs his units in his house. I asked him what are you going to do ? His crew was in my house and they checked the temperature at the vents from kitchen to bedroom with me. The crew agreed that there was a 10 degree difference. I asked for that to be addressed. Mr. Forrest only wanted to go in defense mode. This is why I gave these words "We are done with this, please get off my property" . He never offered a solution in the 15 minutes that he stayed other than to tell me that I needed to purchase at a additional cost fans to put in the vent system . I stated to him, I was not having this kind of trouble with the old ***. I wanted my system fixed and the time that this has cost me. I want a refund. It is not beyond expectations to expect a brand new system not to take to date 16 days to work properly. I have paid over $10,0000 to Mr. Forrest, he is not giving me anything that I have not paid for and still not a fully functional unit. Only after this complaint was filed, accusations are now flying. I did not talk business with Mr. Forrest crew. I talked to him.
