    May 13th 2024, I emailed Tri-State to have a part ordered that was listed as a covered part for my air conditioner unit under my 5 yr warranty. I was told to send proof of the leak, so with the hvac rep using his tool, I sent the video via email on May 14th and the agent in the office confirmed that it was received. May 16th I was told that the piece be delivered to the site that I purchased the HVAC from in two weeks…
    After 4 emails/calls June 25th, I was told that the manufacturer said that the piece is on back order and will available mid July. After a few more emails and phone calls, today, 10/16/24 at 1:15 est I spoke yet again to the same agent that stated my piece was delivered to the site and it has been there for a while. I told him that I spoke to the site two weeks ago and it was not delivered. He verified my number and stated he will call them and call me back. I forgot to add that I spoke with an agent there in August, and she read to me that unless she is reading something wrong, the order was canceled. It is now 10/16/24 2:31 est, and I’m still waiting for a piece that was supposed to be delivered the end of May. I purchased my home less than 3 yrs ago and had to purchase 4 window units because my home was over 90 degrees. Now that it’s getting cold, I’m going to have to purchase portable heaters. Not acceptable.

    Brain C**** is requesting additional information regarding this complaint.  Can we get the model and serial number for this unit.  Also, we would need more information regarding the emails about where they were being sent to and any names of the persons she was corresponding with please. We are reaching out to get this resolved but the complaint does not give any specific information.

    After further investigation we confirmed that the customer ***** ******* has picked up the warranty part from the ** ***** Center on Saturday 10/19/24. If there is anything further that is needed, please let us know.
