      We applied for *** *** through Palmetto GBA for our pharmacy ***** ****** ******** *** *** **** ********* Our application was denied due to Palmetto GBA sending an inspector who REFUSED to show ID or properly IDENTIFY himself. The improperly trained officer denied the application due to a visit that he posted on ********* ** ******. We do not have any security footage showing an officer was present at the store on that day- This is a flat out lie.
      We do however have video that reveals a man wearing a hat asking to inspect the pharmacy on **** ** ****** - we have witnesses as well. The man said he was from "Palmetto". He was unable to provide a reason for the inspection, he refused to provide identification.
      The Pharmacy Standards are perhaps different and more stringent but given the scenario - he would not have been allowed to inspect any establishment.

      My desired resolution is for Palmetto to provide proof of their inspection - I'm positive they will not have it. They should approve my application or send an inspector that is competent to complete the inspection and their job.
