    The first thing that happened, and probably the one that bothers me the most, is the table leg that was broken. I was standing right there when it happened and so I know that it was an accident, but none the less it is irreplaceable. It is my daughter's. Why they took both legs I do not know?? But they took it right then to have it fixed, said they would fix it and then send it to me. Then when I called Jim on ****** he made it sound as if it was broken at the cross bars in the middle!! I said that it had not been broken there. He said he would check with Daniel and would get back to me. I have heard nothing back.
    This table is a Buffett table and it opens up to be about 4x5 and was purchased in ****** for $500-$700.00.I sent no picture of the broken leg, because you have both legs!
    Got an estimate, the cost of repair table without the legs would be $500.00.I was told that they would cover the furniture and put mattresses in plastic bags. Well, they didn't even attempt to cover the furniture until I asked them to cover my chaise lounge and I gave them my moving blanket... 
    Then there's the washer, won't be able to tell if or how bad the face of the washer is until I have a repair man look at it. It is scratched, scuffed and not sure what the other thing is that I see that I have never seen before. So, like I said, until someone who knows what they're doing needs to look at it. And there are some boxes that had come tumbling down, and got crushed. And I am not going to know about any of these things until I get moved!
    I am not telling you this to get a bunch of money from you, that is not me. I'm telling you this so they can do better for the customer.
    But having said that, I do want my table and washer repaired. I will be happy with that. I want those legs back for my table!!
    The fact that I will be out more money, to have these items repaired should not be. I just hope for honesty...
    I sent everything they asked for!! Claim, pics and all information!

    Spoke to Mrs. ******* yesterday. We let her know we are currently repairing the table legs, once they are completed, we will bring them to her. While we are there, we will do an inventory of anything that was damaged, to include the washer. We will be scheduling to go out there sometime next week to get all of this handled.
