      I and my son who has Autism have been treated very badly by Sherri and the Insurance employee. I told them I didn't want to speak to Sherri about my bill today 8/28/24 but she was standing right there . Sherri said "Get out of here Autistic kid" while we walked out office. I was appalled by the way my son was also treated not just by Sherri but the people at check in while I was getting my MRI done there a few weeks ago for Dr. Massie . I avoid the main office by Aiken Hospital because of treatment.

      I made an appointment for my 90 year old mother. We were told to arrive at 1:15pm, which we were there early, at least by 1:10pm. There was a sign posted that stated “Closed for lunch. Will return at 1:30pm”. The temperature was 95 degrees outside. After being let in to see Dr. Holford, there was 15 minutes of paperwork followed by another 45 minutes wait to be called back to be seen. Dr. Holford did not apologize, nor did the staff. Dr. Holford was impersonal, gave my mother a cortisone shot and sent us away. I will never, ever utilize the Silver Bluff Aiken-Orthopedic facility again. What horrid treatment of a 90 year old person with absolutely no apologies. Never, ever again. I highly recommend using a different service.
