    I called the management office to schedule a viewing on an available apartment, while on the phone with the rep, I was asked general questions about myself and when I was asked if I had pets (which are ALLOWED, per their website) I informed the rep that I have an ESA, that I have a letter from my Dr. and the registration information, only to be informed that they DO NOT ACCECPT ESA'S! The rep stated that they have a breed restriction and that their insurance would not cover ESA's. I was absolutely beside myself, that this person just admitted to me that they do not follow the FHA for the Disabled. They apparently have been in business for 21 years but have never took the time to update themselves on ESA's that ARE prescribed by Medical professional for people that have Mental Disabilities.

    DO NOT RENT FROM THIS COMPANY! They are a scam. I paid a $900 deposit for a property on ******* Rd. I had some unexpected circumstances that prevented me from relocating to the ******* area. On the leasing agreement, the fine print stated that the the deposit would be forfeited UNLESS A WRITTEN CANCELLATION is received within 24 hours of the time and date below. The time and date was 6/12/2024 at **** pm. I sent my written cancellation on 6/12/2024 at **** **. I contacted the rental office and was advised because my agreement was amended that the date listed below was wrong and was actually supposed to be for 6/10/2024. That wasn’t the agreement I reviewed. The company refuses to return my deposit back in the amount of $900 and they refuse to return emails or phone calls. I’ve even reached out to Michael T******, but NO response. This company is unethical and makes money off of people in credit challenged situations. Avoid at all costs unless you’re ok with being SCAMMED!
