    This company was subcontracted by our builder to install metal roofing over the front porch. We noticed the flashing appeared to be bent where the asphalt shingles transitioned to the metal roof, but figured it was cosmetic. When we listed our home for sale 4 years later, this showed up in the buyer's inspection report. At the suggestion of our builder, we reached out to Kraemer to get an opinion. The owner, I presume, verbally said it should only be cosmetic but that he could send someone out to look at it/bend the flashing back, or even provide a letter for us to send to the sellers. After that day, Kraemer avoided all contact with us - wouldn't return our phone calls, text messages, etc. I had to have another roofing company provide that documentation for us at the last minute. I found how he handled the situation to be very unprofessional and caused unneeded stress during the sale of our home.
