    I recently had a disappointing experience with the Subway located on Peach Orchard Rd in Augusta, GA. After placing an order through the Subway website, I received my delivery only to find that my ******* **** ***** chips were missing.
    Immediately, I contacted the store to inform them about the missing item. However, the staff member I spoke with gave me a disappointing response. They explained that the chips were supposed to be included in my order but were left behind on the counter and not given to the delivery driver. Despite my inquiry, they stated that there was nothing they could do.
    When I suggested that my name be taken down so I could pick up the chips the following day, I was told once again that the driver did not collect the chips from the counter. The suggestion that the driver could return to the store to retrieve the chips seemed impractical and unnecessary, especially considering the amount of time it would take.
    During our conversation, I noticed the staff member was communicating with someone else, presumably the manager. When I asked for their name, the call was abruptly ended.
    This level of service is completely unacceptable, particularly considering my loyalty to the Subway franchise. As a regular customer, I expect better treatment and resolution when issues like this arise. My complaint is not solely about the missing chips but about the unprofessional and nonchalant attitude displayed by the staff and their unwillingness to rectify a simple issue.
    Overall, I am deeply disappointed with the service I received from the Subway on Peach Orchard Rd. I hope that the management takes proactive steps to improve their customer service and communication.
