    I was emailed by a recruiter specialist after applying for their cleaning job and told all I needed to do was pass a drug test and background check and I could start to work at an ****** fulfillment center, after completing everything nothing was heard again from the recruiter, after researching the agency I learned that this is systemically happening to job applicants, you are contacted, told to complete a drug test and background check, onboarding and then you are ghosted by the recruiter. Whatever is up here has to be something gained that is fraudulent. I hope they are investigated.

    This company have been contracted to do janitorial services at my facility. So far my experience and interactions as been some of the worse experiences I have ever encountered with a contracted cleaning company. The staff is completely unprofessional and in some cases aggressive. Yes, I have witnessed them berating one of my colleagues and threatened them. We actually complained to HR. Yet this particular employee is still here at our facility. This particular employee will tell employees to leave the breakrooms and prohibit anymore from being in there while they are cleaning. From my understanding is not part of protocol. They are supposed to clean around us while we are using our breakrooms. I have sent an email to corporate and have yet to get a response, resolution or inquiry on this matter. I have come to the conclusion that this company have no interest in providing quality service or take the initiative to hire people whom would represent their company in a good light. Please if you wish to do business with a janitorial service...do your research and hire a company that takes pride on who they hire to represent them.
