      Plantation Shutters Plus installed a Sunroom ****************** total price 8200 and they installed Plantation
      Shutters ******************* total price ****. Grand total ******.

      I contacted them about 1 month ago that after opening the left corner window 2 screws just dropped out. Since that time I have called three times and spoke to ****** who works in the Department. She informed me that the ones who owns the company does the work. They have not called me to say I am sorry we are so busy! This is not the first time I have had issues with these folks. Their professionalism has been trouble after the first day of doing business with them. They simply based on their actions don't value their customers. I would be surprised if no one else complained before me!!! The young lady ****** informed me I have a 3 year warranty. If they are not going to honor their responsibilities give me some of my money back.

      Just a FYI
      This is a instance where the customer didnt unlatch the window sash and yanked it open and broke the latch It is not a warrantee and therefore there would be charged We take care of warrantees as we should but to go out and do repairs caused by a customers misuse does not deem itself as a issue to be sent to the BBB He tore the catch off the window screws did not fall out of the window it was the catch for the window lock that was broke off when not completely unlocked We have been understaffed and pushing as hard as we can taking care of the oldest to the newest I do apoligize for the inconvience but it isnt like the window just fell apart

      How did he determine I yanked it open, and He never came out and never called me. This guy is speaking on something He knows nothing about. The fact that He is busy is not an excuse. Ask him how did he know I yanked it open? This isn't the first time this guy has not done his job. Pay what it cost for warranty.
