    Contacted Ga Spa on *************** **/23 regarding a warranty issue with my Spa. Have yet to hear back with a positive response, just promises to call me back that never happen.

    Mr. ***** bought a hot tub from us in 2020.We have delivered and serviced this hot tub anytime he has called us. On *** *** 2023 he called in to report that he had drained his hot tub to clean it and left it open to dry out when he noticed the shell had bubbles in the seat area. These bubbles are blisters from sun damage. We advised him this was not covered under the manufactures warranty as a warning is in the Owners Manual advising to never leave the spa opened and unfilled as the shell can become damaged due to solar stress. He even acknowledged that our delivery team warned him to never leave the unit uncovered if it was not full of water as shell damage may occur. Mr. ***** asked our team to contact the factory to try and get approval for a repair. Although we knew this was not covered we did reach out to Watkins Wellness on his behalf and multiple times we have been denied on a warranty claim. He was advised of this on ******* ******* ******** ******** ******* and most recently on ****/23. At this point there is nothing else we can do for this claim.

    Thank you for the quick response. The owners manual is attached. You will find on page 3 at the bottm left a list of Do's and Dont's. The first Dont covers the solar stress issue we are dealing with.

    I am rejecting this response because: Apparently ******* ******** is fully aware of a manufacturing defect that produces the so-called blisters due to direct sunlight OR NOT. So, they put the blame on the consumer as neglect and not honor a 7-year shell warranty.
