      Had tires changed on ***** * motorcoach along with a front end alignment in March 12.. When changing the back tires their team installed tire valves backwards and lost the tire pressure monitoring devices. They did subsequently fix the valve stem position but did not replace the lost Tire pressure monitoring devices.

      When they aligned the front end of the motor coach they parked it such a way that blocked the retraction of the door steps that resulted in the stripping of the gears of the step motor. They claim they did not do this although they did send one of their mechanical team to attempt to repair. I had a local RV repairman replace the motor/gearbox at a cost of $793. Also ordered replacement tire pressure monitor for $88.

      I provided these invoices to my contact Bryan who did not provide reimbursement.

      I want to start by apologizing for not providing you resolution any sooner, as Jim Whitehead Tire should 
      not have allowed this issue to become what it is.  I have addressed the service issues you experienced 
      with my team and I am confident we are better prepared to serve you in the future.  I received your 
      request to be reimbursed for a step motor & gear box replacement on your motorhome in the amount 
      of $793.00 along with (2) **** transmitters for $96.07.  Based upon the information you have provided 
      and what I have gathered from my team, I do not believe we are at fault for the step motor failure, 
      however, I have approved your request for reimbursement and will have a checked mailed to you as 
      soon as possible.  Please do not hesitate to reach out should you have any additional questions.

      I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID ********. I have since received an updated response from Jim Whithead where they agreed to pay the entire amount of my repairs to the RV that resulted from their action. I find that this resolution is satisfactory to me.
