  Horrible experience. Took forever to get someone to answer the phone. Got my car back stuff was went through , truck was scratched up , belongings inside throwed around, gas tank open , battery cap under hood was up , now my car won’t crank( battery light was initially on) then it just keep shutting off no problems with battery prior to them taking my car now I’m having problems . I KNOW they did something to do my car . Very crooked towing company . I didn’t want to give any stars but wouldn’t allow me to post it without one star .

  My belongs and my son medical papworker was never return back to me they claim they took everything out which was a lie because I know what was left in there before I lost the vehicle and start laughing over the phone and told me to track my belongings when how can I track it when it completely dead I feel like it stuff gotten stolen by them

  On the rare occasion you can actually get them in the phone they are polite. Other than that, terrible company. Lied to me multiple times saying item are here or there. Ended up finding that they stole about $200 worth of things from my vehicle, included my son’s birthday presents. When I confronted them about it, I was told “it must’ve been taken by someone else.”

  This company chased me and my husband at 100mph speed with our son in the car if I was driving and not my husband I would have wrapped that car around there truck since they wanted to be wreckless but still didn't get the car that Day bc he couldn't go over the speed bumps as fast as us because of all there equipment on the truck it took them a month later now they wanting me to go to another state to retrieve my personal belongings when the car has set in augusta since the 14th ive called and called and now that want me to go to Lexington or Savannah to retrieve my belongings

  If I could give negative stars I will give them 1000 negative stars i don’t have enough room in this box to tell you everything so I’ll just put the highlights and I know they will respond with some type of junk or this will get deleted hopefully not so everybody knows how crooked shady hoodwinked bamboozled flabbergasted experience it could be dealing with them.very unprofessional, very rude, very condescending they steal items out of your car and then when you ask about said items, they push you out the door, lock the door and call the cops on as if you did something wrong for asking for belongings.they do not answer their phone. Their address that is listed on. Their website is not a valid address, you call and try to make an appointment and you get nobody you leave a message and you never get a call back was told by one lady she doesn’t handle the messages. The other girl does very very rude and unprofessional. If possible, avoid dealing with them at all, costs, treat them like the plague.

  They steal items from your car. Very unprofessional. When asked about the stolen property, "we will let you know if we find it".
