    On ****/24 I went to this emergency vet to help my cat who was having a urinary obstruction. They completed a 12 hour stay with catheter, IV, urinalysis, and blood work to remove the obstruction. There were multiple other charges and medications that were not fully explained to me, but I trusted they were necessary for the operation and was told just as much by the vet tech. The total cost was $2,037.49. They sent me home with ********** (21 doses quantity at 1.5ml; $39.48), ******** (14 doses pill; $40.18), and ******** (2 bottles 1.5ml; $121.32). After several days of following the dosing instructions exactly, I realized they did not give me enough of the ******** or **********. I was only given one bottle of ******** and the ********** had only 11 doses. When I called to have them give me the correct doses and bottles, they refused to give me the correct amount of **********. They did give me another bottle of ********. Despite noting that the ********** dosage on the bill and the amount that was given to me were discrepant, they stated because they had pasted a sticker stating use until gone, they were not going to refund me or give me what I was charged for. It should also be noted that they did not reach out to me to correct the serious error of not giving two bottles of ******** and admitted they left it in the fridge. These medications were conveyed by them as life or death and yet they did not handle these medications or my cat's care with life or death urgency or accuracy. I am requesting a refund of the remaining 10 doses of **********.
