    Heres a revised and professional version of your statement:The employees of this company, including the office manager, have continuously displayed unprofessional behavior, which has negatively impacted my experience with them. I recently called to address a treatment reconciliation and schedule an appointment, but the front office staff placed me on speakerphone, seemingly to mock me. Additionally, when I left a review on ****** today, the front office staff responded inappropriately by using my full name in their reply. This conduct not only demonstrates unprofessionalism but also potentially constitutes a HIPAA violation.

    -Nov 9, 2022 spoke to **** to verify my insurance and told me my cost would be $99 -Nov 17 2022 I went to my appointment they took XRAYs and a 3d Scan of my mouth. Then someone came in who was someone that works with ************* '' to talk to me about the images that were taken. The person was not the doctor performing the procedure. The website clearly states that a consultation would be performed by **************. I requested that a pre-authorization be submitted and ******* told me that it would take 6 weeks. I scheduled my appointment 2 months out and no pre-authorization was submitted to my insurance. Spoke to ******* at the front desk about my next appointment and paid for the consultation which was $99. She also entered my credit card into the computer and saved it without my knowledge or permission and proceeded to swipe it through the credit card machine.-Jan 5 2023 I called West **** ME to resubmit the claim for the consultation and nothing was received by my insurance.-Jan 24th 2023 I called West **** ME to cancel my appointment because I was not comfortable going through with the procedure without knowing what my cost would be. When I called to cancel the appointment ******* said that my appointment was already canceled, they didnt ask if I wanted to reschedule or the reason, nothing. -Mar 24 2023 Received a bill for $105 for charges that were not discussed, not covered by my insurance or necessary for the consultation appointment. Makes me question what they verified and how they came to the amount they gave me. ********** confirms that they can see what is covered when they told me it was $99.
