    I purchased 14 boxes of flooring from **********. MSI is the manufacturer of the flooring. The flooring started to brake apart and crack. I tried to repair the floor by purchasing two more boxes. I had the same result. It was cracking and braking apart. Both times I hired a *********. I went to **********. Their employees were very professional and friendly. They filed a claim with the manufacturer. The manufacturer spokesperson said the flooring would not work on my floor because my floors were not level. After installing the two boxes planks started to crack in different places.They offered me 10 boxes of the same product. Ive already installed 16 boxes and they broke and pulled apart. I dont want to pay a ********* to put down 10 more boxes and have the same result. Our previous flooring was down for 15 years and did not break We had a third ********* look at it and he said looks like a manufacturing defect.
