    I reached out to DT web designs to assist me with a logo as I was referred to them. After paying the logo fee via cash app; they kept giving me the run around. I tried my best to reach them on social media, emails, phone calls all to no avail. They refused to refund my money. Small business owners do not trust this company. After doing some research; this young lady has a history of taking hard working business owners money and not delivering a product. Im extremely hurt and heartbroken that I was referred to her by a credible person.

    I purchased an * book from the company and never received it. Im not sure what happened but I never got it in my email. I had forgotten the name of the company and was never able to reach back out until now. I contacted them they pulled my order up but Im showing them that I never received it. I only received one confirmation email but never the * book I bought. This happened 8-17-21. I reached out on Instagram and they stop responding to me.

    ****** contacted us almost 2 years later as of 2 days ago on Feb 1st 2023 about a book purchase that was made August 2021 for $12.99 that was submitted to her email which we have provided proof of submission above and we provided her the proof also with video of the email showing this submission was sent to her at the time of purchase within the same year of purchase in 2021 of August 

    We are not obligated to replace any product or services we have already rendered and our policy is no refunds at all
    Furthermore there is a 90 day abandonment policy that states clients that make no claim to their service has automatically abandoned it. This is the case for ***************************** with the also the proof of it being submitted to her 

    We stand in right of our policy and choose to uphold it as they were established well before ***************************** purchase

    We dont know what agent or agency has hired ***************************** to make such a frivilous claim because it is highly suspicious to make such a false claim almost 2 years after a purchase. This is not good business for ****** or great accountability on her part as a business owner 

    Again all proof and video proof showing her email and the submission of the book to her after purchase is above CLOSE TO 2 YEARS AGO in 2021!!!

    What we request from ***************************** is to adhere to our policy and be more accountable in the future and not delay so long years to be exact

    Our policies were there before her purchase; during her purchase, and they still stand now the same

    I am rejecting this response because:

    I clearly showed that I didnt receive the item. I did read the no refund policy and I find it quite sad that someone would think they are being scammed for an e book. I just wanted my product that I purchased as I have a very busy life and genuinely wasnt able to find them on social media after my purchase until one of their obvious fraudulent ads came up. I was hoping to do further business with the company put of course like most of these over night success they cant afford to send a paying customer something that they did not receive. I tried to settle this in a better manner but the lack of accountability and to not even explain that when I first reached out says much about the company however no worries I wil be on social media every chance that I get to inform people that you are thieves and letting them know to purchase at their own risk. I showed you that I didnt have the email containing the book. My people always find a way to disappoint pathetic excuse of a business to not even be willing to understand the situation you just ignored me as if I was a peace of trash as if I werent a paying customer. This is down right disgusting and you should do better.

    As mentioned before and we provided the proof of submission to ***************************** and to BBB. It has been close to 2 years now and we are just learning of this issue and this is after we submitted the purchase to ***************************** almost 2 years ago. It is not our responsibility that her life got busy or that she had a lot going on we have policies in place that aids our client in ensuring that they don't lose out on their investment with us such as the 90 day policy after purchase of which ***************************** claim comes 1 year and 6 months after that 90 Day policy.

    Again we have been honest and transparent and have provided compelling evidence to show even video proof of the email submission with clickable buttons and actions showing it was 100% submitted

    I am rejecting this response because:like I said I also showed proof that there was only one email from the bogus company collecting my payment. I do read and only thing at the time of my purchase was no refunds. I can understand if I misplaced it or something but I never even received the separate email that this company is referring to and showed that proof.

    I paid for a website. I was told that it would be submitted for review within 10 business days of my purchase. I waited 10 business days and didnt hear anything. On the 11th business day, I reached out about my website. I was given the runaround about it. I explained to the person that I didnt mind waiting longer if it was going to be necessary but just to keep me updated. They didnt. Almost every other day I had to reach out to them to get information on when it would be done. We kept going back and forth until the lady asked if I wanted a refund instead. So i t told her i would like a refund. There is no proof that a refund was sent and plus they still havent sent me a site. Ultimately this is stealing. They are liars and conniving. Very poor customer service and scamming!

    Ok so this client ************************* we found was not registered to conduct business and collect money from customers and she did not care much for the design that we did for her so we offered her a refund which we attached the proof of above 

    What led to us cutting ties with the project was ****** was asking us for a refund claiming she did not like the service all the while she was stealing the website we designed by creating several duplicates of it and hiding it in her trash over 5 DUPLICATES to be exact on her dashboard so her plans were to pretend she hated the site to activate a refund and once she received her funds back from us she would go into the trash and activate the site we designed thereby keeping both the money and the website and having some backups we did confront her about this and once we found this out we removed our works from her trash all of them and refunded her money and again we attached the refund proof above and discovered she does this all the time with her bank to other merchants 

    So as you can see she is still creating false claims and still not registered for business and she did this as a favor for her agents that is trying to make our reputation bad by filing these false claims against us as you now have proof of in black and white that we did the right thing she blatanlty lied about not receiving anything calling us a scam when she got her money back on JULY 30TH from WIx and she is just now making a claim on Sept 10TH as a favor to her agents that put her up to this

    I filed my complaint with BBB ON 7/21/2022. My business has been registered since 2016. Also, the website was filed in the trash because I didnt want it anymore. They took too long to create it, which is why I asked for a refund. I had no I could activate a deleted website. Also, I am my own agent. This company DID refund my money after I submitted the complaint.

    Our proof of receipt of this BBB complaint is attached above which shows we received it on Sept 9th 2022 to our email if we had it earlier we would have responded as we are now so thats all we have to go by and this was months ago we have refunded the client prior to receiving this complaint or knowing about its existence and we were able to restore our digital goods back so all should be well from here 

    It did not take a complaint from BBB to give back the funds we provided a refund without such knowlegde of a BBB complaint as our Attachment above from the BBB themselves to our email will show proof of 

    We are glad that this is resolved for both parties involved and we wish ************************* all the best!
