      Broke both my drive ways, insurance would not fix. Owner states that he breaks almost every drive way. When he comes out to give the quote he over promises and on the day of under delivers. No matter how clear you are about what tree you want gone he will stay confused and conveniently run out of time. Said he would take out all the pines in my yard and left two. Threatened and harassed me.

      This is a customer that had a full day rate done and we cut out 15+ trees and we grinded 18 stumps. This customer paid us in full after a completed full day of work. Then she called her credit card company and reversed the charges 3 weeks later. She wanted us to come back and do more free work and then she would pay us. The comments on her review are blatant lies. The driveway received a couple of cracks, this is a very old driveway with existing cracks, which usually lends to more cracks being created when large equipment gets on it. The trees were very large so the crane was needed. I explained when she signed the contract that I was not responsible if the crane damaged the driveway.  We NEVER stated we break almost every driveway, that may happen 2% of the time. As far as over promising, we tell the homeowner what can be done in a day and they can either choose to itemize everything or choose to have a day rate, where they have us for a set time period and we get done what we can get done. The only confusion on this job was because the husband and wife kept disagreeing about which trees to do and that confusion slowed us down. When you set up to do the tree you are told to do and then are told to do another you have to relocate equipment and it took up valuable time. One of the pines left was the one they changed their mind about. Never did I threaten or harass her, I was frustrated but never threatening. 

      The job was completed due to the contract, then she tried to make me replace her driveway by submitting a claim to my insurance company. It was after the insurance company denied her that she reversed the credit card payment. That speaks volumes. 

      Update: On 7-20-2023 *********************** credit card company reversed the payment back to Kilmurry's Tree service. We will continue with a defamation lawsuit if her bad reviews are not taken down as they are full of lies.
