    I previously entered this complaint on the BBB site when I was experiencing issues with Southern Classic Tree Company. It was never resolved and, in fact, they never responded to any requests from me, the BBB, or the Fulton *********************** (who served them with the complaint that I filed with the county at the time of the issue). I assumed they went out of business, but I saw one of their trucks on the road last week and felt compelled to follow back up. I was shocked to see that not only was my prior complaint gone from your website, but you have them rated as A+!! This business is a SCAM!See the details of my issues in the attached document, with other attachments as supporting information. Basically, I hired them to remove three large pine trees from my backyard and they destroyed my yard, my irrigation system and a drainage system that I had to move water from my yard. They also splattered mud all over the back of my house like a bomb had gone off. They promised to repair the damage, but ghosted me after they left. My yard was a mud pit for almost a year as I got things resolved. I had to hire three different companies to resolve their damage: 1) pressure wash the mud from ***********) repair the destroyed irrigation system, and 3) repair the drainage pipes. This company has not had a valid business license in the **************** since at least 2009, nor do they carry business insurance. They should not be operating at all, but potential customers should be warned against doing business with them. Other than the significant inconvenience that this caused us, we had out of pocket expenses of $1,541 to resolve the issues they caused. I am asking for reimbursement of those charges.
