    This email directs you to cancel my membership and any other associated agreements, such as personal training, coaching or recovery. If applicable, I understand the cancellation penalties set forth in my membership and any other associated agreements will apply. Also y'all charged me twice this month. One on the 14 and again on the 28th. Refund that please. My number is ************ **************************************************************************************** the address for the gym I signed up at so there is no confusion. Please cancel this. I have tried a couple times and y'all never do it. Do it now. Don't. Charge. My. Card. Again. Thank you. I sent this email to them January 29 2025Is still got charged in February. I asked why. They said it was still "processing" I said well make sure it cancels. And then I get charged again this month in March. It's ridiculous and very unprofessional. Please help.

    I have been a member for almost 3 years. In the past few months, the business was sold to Bandit Fitness, a ***** corporation. The bathrooms have been out of soap and paper towels for the past 6 months. There is no way to clean your hands after working out or using the restroom. When I asked the manager, he said that Anytiime is owned by ******, a ***** corporation, which refuses to pay for hand soap and paper towels. When I tried calling, I held for an hour before the system hung up on me. Also, the water fountain has been broken for 3 years, and ****** refuses to fix it. It's difficult enough to motivate yourself to go to the gym, without these frustrations making the whole experience that much worse.

    I expressed to the manager I wanted to cancel my membership in November 2022. She said it would cancel however it did not. I was charged for three more months for membership fee and then a $70 new year member fee. Finally the account was closed after I called and made a fuss. I have been trying to resolve the refund of my $70 but I have not been successful due to the manager not responding to me or returning my calls. Their *************************************************************************** my money however I can not even get the manager to return my call let alone get a refund....

    July 2022 , I joined the 24hr fitness location ********************************************************. Sept 2022 I moved out of town and the credit card declined due to the address change. Oct 2022 I returned to the Anytime fitness location to resolve the issue, but their computers were down. They accepted the key fob that allows 24hr access and said they will call me for the final payment. Nov 2022 I received call from collections and they said the charges where $200. I explained the membership was $18 per month and I only owed two months. They said they would contact the location and work it out. I called the location they said I had to pay the collection. Now they want $600. This is not reasonable. They are using tactics to charge more money for their own lack of professionalism.I owe for the services of two months $36 Agreement # : 04355-01724
